South Elgin Police Dept

Today I was driving to a job I had in your town. There was an accident and police were blocking the direction I needed to go. I'm not for your town so didn't know how to get where I was going. I rolled down my window to ask the Police which way to go to get about a block away from the accident. The Police just screamed at me to follow the car in front of me. I then said to the officer, all I needed was some directions of how to get around the accident. He then gave me directions. BTW, the accident was wrapping up the people were leaving so, no need to be rude.

My aunt works there and when i had to go to the hospital they were REALLY nice

most disrespectful PD i’ve ever had to deal with.
