Paid 40 bucks for a silver service wash. My interior looked like it was wiped down rather than cleaned. The car wash was okay but not worth the 40 bucks. Took it here because my car really needed a wash after a month of not getting cleaned and thought the service would be great. Have had services done by them before and never had an issue but this last service really didn't cut it. Not to mention the wet seats! Had errands to do but had to make a detour home to change after sitting in my seat for 10 minutes.
Confusing driving in. Wasn’t sure where to park. Paid for a silver car wash and they neglected basically the whole front bumper. The rims, windows, and interior were cleaned just briefly, left with dust, dirt, and residue. Might as well have done it myself and saved the 30-40 bucks
Business hours start at 9, I got there at 9:09 and was told they were short handed and I would have to wait until 9:30 so I did. As I was waiting n waiting n waiting my car was running for 20-30. I finally asked them if they weren't doing anything with it turn it off. They seemed really scattered n all over the place. I understand about being short handed n all that's not the issue here. Wasting my gas and waiting until 10 before my car even started to get vacuumed let alone washed is. I even mentored to them that I could come back but he didn't even reply to that. Was looking for a quick and cheap car wash. When I pulled into the parking lot, there were all kinds of signs but none telling me what to do. Signs only said they aren't liable for all kinds of stuff. I pulled into line and no one came to see me. So, I got out and went inside. $15 for a regular car wash. It wasn't quick and the car wash was just like any other drive through car wash. The hand dried was nice though. Just seems this place could be run a little more efficiently.
The only reason I'm even giving it 2 stars ia because the manager finally took over the situation. I took my van in to be washed and paid for the highest package. After waiting for 40 minutes my vehicle was brought around front and hand dried. It looked great from the outside and since I know its hard times for everyone I decided to give the kid a $20 tip. My daughter and I proceeded to check the inside of the vehicle out and it had not been done well at all. There was debris under the seats that had not been vacuumed, the inside of the doors had not been wiped down. The cup holders still were dirty. I went back in and told the manager who in turn made the same young man come and get the vehicle to complete the job correctly. After another 35 mintues he brought it back out and apologized and said he was done. I checked and the same stuff was still there. I approached the manager again and had her come look at what was wrong and she informed me that there had been numerous other complaints about the same worker lately. She made the guy give me back my $20 tip and she then took the vehicle herself and redid the interior. After another 30 to 40 minutes she brought the vehicle back up front and it was done right. So if you go here to have your car done, I would suggest checking the interior before you leave.
2 guys washed my car by hand then sent me thru the wash and dry. Then dried again on the other side! Great service!
I just picked up my car from Eric's Car Wash, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the services done to my car. I am so happy that Scrubs was booked. Eric's Car Wash did a better job, at a better price. The customer service was great, everyone I talked to was friendly and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I will be back next time my car needs some TLC.
