I unfortunately had an awful experience with the stylist Jocelyn. The example pictures of her blonding work was beautiful and she has been a hair stylist for 8 years so I was optimistic for my appointment. Unfortunately I left with gold hue "tiger stripes" - as she later referred to them - all over my head. She claimed that it is normal for foils to bleed and that she was just having an "off" day. I was not comfortable with having her try to fix them - and asked for a refund to which she only offered $35 on a service that I paid $120. I hope this review saves someone else looking for a stylist from the TERRIBLE experience I had. This quality job comes from a student in hair school. Not a seasoned and professional hair stylist. Response to the owner: Anyone with social anxiety will fully understand why I tipped after leaving unhappy or waited 10 days to reach out. I agreed to pay for the haircut portion and the toner out of kindness but asked to be refunded for the color job. I think anyone who looks at the picture can see why. As for the tip - it is truly saddening that your salon is standing by this work as acceptable and worthy of extra compensation like a tip. I truly regret making the decision to leave it. Jocelyn admitted multiple times that this was her "bad". Taking responsibly for her error would be to refund a job you fully admit isn't quality. The way my hair turned out wasn't from lack of communication- it was directly due to Jocelyn's lack of skill and technique. I have been blonde for 10 years and NEVER left a salon with problems like this. The fact that you think I could trust her to "fix" what she ruined is unbelievable. Also I would like to add - I left this review AFTER my conversation with Jocelyn was done and she refused anything but $35. After reading this review - Jocelyn informed me that she "really was" going to refund the whole amount but because I chose to share my experience publicly "it cost me" that refund. I would never call that reaction professional. More like childish and petty. It's not about the money anymore. It's about the quality of work she gave and her lack of professionalism since.

I had a gotten balayage. They lady was super nice but I was so unhappy with my hair only two pieces were died. It cost way more then it should have!!

Chalise does such an amazing job!! I just recently had highlights done by Chalise and I am in love with my hair. She listened to my concerns about my hair being thin and prone to breakage and this is the first time after having highlights done that my hair hasn't started to break off. She took her time and has so much pride in her work. She is the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be booking more appointments with her.Service: Hair highlighting

Paige Hurdsman did my nails and she did such an amazing job!!! i am seriously blown away by her talent every time I get my nails done by her.
