Dr. Mart has practiced dentistry in the same location for over 34 years and is now teaching his tricks to Dr. Rachel! Dr. Rachel was recently awarded the Dental Implant Award from Oregon Health and Sciences University allowing her to attend the annual Implant Conference in Scottsdale, Arizona to study everything there is to know about dental implants. My daughter needed a root canal and crown and we spent hours calling dental groups in Oregon to find one that did IV sedation. We ended up talking to the staff at Erickson and they were so good about getting her in quickly for a consult and then a couple days later for the root canal and crown on the same day. A few places we called said they had a one-year wait for emergency procedures!!! The Erickson staff were outstanding in their professionalism and empathy for the whole situation. Everything wAs done in 1.5 hours and they kept me informed throughout the entire process. Yes it is quite a distance to travel 3 hours each way but it was totally worth it and we’ll be back again — they were wonderful. We would highly recommend them!
Nice place. Very friendly staff. Had a filling and a tooth pulled. They use needles, but do numb it first so you don't feel as much. The extraction was quick. Said it was done and I was thinking he was just starting to pull it. The filling went well also. My jaw did get tired but did like that insert they use to hold your mouth open. I'd like to say they need to give you more information on an extraction before hand. Had to sign a waiver and that made lots of questions. But since I got the paperwork then, who has time to think of the questions?
2 different experiences. The first visit in 2017 I came in for an exam after not seeing a dentist in 4 years. I was given a ridiculously thorough evaluation and left the office thinking this place was on another level. Unfortunately they were too expensive and I had work performed elsewhere. I got insurance that specifically covered this office and came back for another evaluation in 2022 hoping for a similarly thorough report. The 2022 evaluation was no different than any other dentist office. No fancy zoomed in pictures. Just me self reporting a minor problem with no in-depth evaluation as I had the first time. Overall a good experience, but if 2022 had been my first experience I don’t think I would have remembered them. And unfortunately they’re on the higher end of the price spectrum so I can’t use them.
Omg! They are going to be my dentist forever! We had an emergency situation. We hadn't gone to Erickson Dental Care. So we're considered new patients. But they called us back within 5 minutes of our initial phone call. I am so impressed! The willingness of the staff to help us was amazing! I can't tell you the frustrations we've had with other Dental care. This group is incredible! They've got my business, my husband's business and my kids business for life!
I have never had such a good experience at the dentist before. From the gal up front to the dental assistant and then the dentist. I was put at ease all the way through. I will recommend Erickson Dental all day long. If you are looking for experienced staff, professionalism, and actual care about you as a patient, this is the place to go.
The team at Erickson Dental are always amazing. They are warm and inviting, as well as caring and friendly. You feel like you are part of their family. It is great to have dentists who go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. I have had work done by Dr. Sten, Dr. Rachel and Dr. Mart and you can tell they take pride in their work. They pay attention to every detail and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Highly, highly recommend!
When I found Erickson Dental Care I felt as though I had hit the lottery. While visiting Grants Pass area, I encountered a dental emergency in the middle of the night. I researched dentists in the area and noticed the website of Erickson Dental Care looked the most professional. At 4am I left a message on their voice mail describing my problem. I was on their doorstep when they opened the next morning. They were prepared and more than happy to help me. They fixed my tooth perfectly and my bite was perfect. The Novocain injections were totally pain free. The dentist took it slow by giving me the Novocain in stages. After they had me all fixed up I happily headed to the desk to pay my bill. And wow, it was extremely reasonable! They did all of this for me knowing that I lived in NC and would not be a returning patient. They are talented and they are good people. I highly recommend this practice.
I have been a patient of Erickson Dental Care for 10 years. Being a patient who was uneasy about dentist office's, I must say they took excellent care of me, insured I had no pain. I had a full reconstruction done on my mouth, it was about a 4 year process. I spent many 8 hour days in the chair, they took such great care of me, always with me in their best interest. I really appreciate Dr. Erickson and his staff.
The Ericson's have been absolutely fantastic for myself and daughter. I myself have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist as does my daughter. We have both had horrid experiences in the past... The Ericsons on the other hand have been an absolute breath of fresh air. My experience was with Dr Rachel. Not only did she put me at ease but she used great care in not hurting me!! Dr Sten also did some work on me assisting in a root canal. We are so grateful to have been introduced this Dental office. Thank you all so much.
Erickson Dental Care has taken wonderful care of our growing family. Our kids love Dr. E., Dr. Rachel, and Dr. Sten! They are patient, thorough, and always willing to educate us on healthy options for our family's teeth. Their front office team is helpful with reminders and organized with payments, and the friendly assistants and hygienists do their best to make the patient comfortable and happy. We love going to see the dentists at Erickson Dental Care; they're like family!
