Excellent. The office is so beautiful and clean, I especially love when it's decorated for the holidays. The staff is always so friendly and kind. We've been patients for over 4 years now and it's always been a positive, professional and overall a great experience. My children have beautiful smiles and great memories from this orthodontist.
Our experience with Robinson Orthodontics was top notch! We would definitely recommend Dr Robinson and his staff was always friendly and knowledgeable. Great communication about what to expect and my son loved being able to earn points for rewards.
Absolutely amazing. The staff and Dr. are all so patient and kind. We had an emergency with an appliance on the weekend and Dr. Robinson came in late on Saturday to assess and remove the offending piece of metal. They really work with you to make the whole process as straight forward and painless as possible. I wish I could have had this kind of service when I had orthodontic work done many moons ago.
Robinson is an amazing place. They always are friendly, courteous and accommodating. We've never had 1 negative experience with anyone there in our several years of being involved with them.
The business and staff is extremely friendly, caring, and understanding. After roughly six years of having a permanent retainer on after my braces were taken off I needed my retainer taken off for dental reasons. The procedure was covered for when I initially paid for my braces, but getting a new removable retainer made to fit my teeth after the procedure was going to cost me roughly $200. I didn’t have the funds to cover that and I had expressed that I would have to go without a new retainer and hope that my old one would hold my teeth in place. The lady who was doing the procedure told me they would comp and cover the cost of the retainer so that my teeth wouldn’t shift and get ruined.
Such a wonderful first experience with an orthodontist. The staff was warm and welcoming and very informative. I really has no idea what to expect but by the time we left I felt assured and confident in the plan for my son’s smile. Excellent financing options and communication as well. Adding another positive review to what is already a winner!

They were really quick about our appointment. Got us in and back there within no time and our service was excellent. They greeted us and explained in detail everything that needed to be done and they were just overall a really amazing orthodontist definitely recommended
Dr. Robinson is amazing! He helped both of our kids to have their best smiles! Thank you for working with our family throughout the years.
Everyone is very nice. And things are explained well without having to ask a lot of questions. This was my 3rd visit and I had the same experience each time!
