I use this station daily as I catch the 56 bus to the methadone clinic. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes it's dirty. SEPTA does what it can.
Many years ago I used this stop going to and coming from center city. During those many years, there was absolutely no place to find shelter from the cold or heat, no place to buy food or a drink. Now, there are many places nearby to take a break. It is now served by a bus connection that used to be a Fricking trolley. When it snowed, the trolley could not run, and you'd be standing in knee-deep snow for hours waiting to get home. And it didn't have a cross-over like it does now, so if you had to use the other direction, you had to risk your life trying to cross Erie Ave.
Just like all the other el stops...definitely comes in handy however Septa needs to chill with the fare increases
Good station to go to banks food shopping and also food
The crackheads, dippers and tumble weave that litter the area are second to none.
It was ok too many panhandlers and smelled
