I had a fairly complex computer issue; ultimately I needed a new HDD. Greg diagnosed the issue and replaced the appropriate parts while reinstalling the programs I requested within a few days. Greg was great about communication - he was always available when I had any questions and responded almost any time of day. He provided excellent service for me at a very fair rate.
I had such a great experience with Greg. My laptop was running slowly, and the touchpad wasn't working properly. He fixed it quickly, and kept me updated every step of the way, to make sure I understood what he was doing. I would absolutely take my computer to him again, and I recommend him highly.

Greg was recommended to me from a friend that had used him to fix their laptop. I got in touch with Greg and I dropped off my wife's laptop the next day. It had a bad virus and needed a professional to do it, whenever I moved the mouse to click on something, an ad would pop up. Greg fixed it, cleaned and polished it so it looked and ran like a new system; for a very reasonable price- well below $100. If I had known Greg before, I wouldn't have needed to buy a new computer when mine broke. In any case he fixed my original new touchpad and Windows 10 install and tuned up my new Dell. He went through both and they now run super fast by removing all the programs running in the background while optimizing my browser speed. Greg is very knowledgable and eager to get your computer running fast and efficient; what ever he does definitely works. Thanks Greg's computer service and repair.
I met Greg through Craigslist whereby I bought a computer desk from him, that he was selling. When I went to pick the desk up, he told me about his business, and I had one heck of a job waiting on him. I brought him my Toshiba laptop that was everything short of beat to death. It had cosmetic damage and display damage as the touch screen would not work, and the screen was cracked. When I got the computer back, it not only looked like brand new, but it functioned like new, as well. Greg kept in touch with me throughout the procedure, and did his best to keep prices as low as humanly possible. I could go on, because the experience was great, but I highly recommend this business to all of my friends and family. Greg is the best!

Here’s a guy who loves what he does, works on a flat fee basis, a place where adequate is not enough. Greg repaired my computer which is now enhanced and faster than ever. He corrected all my self-inflicted glitches, removed viruses, protected me from new ones and created an automatic backup system. Top this off with a personalized best practices worksheet for my computer which should keep me from mucking things up in the future. All I can say is thank you Greg for great job!

Greg built a custom PC for me knowing it was likely to be a huge hassle from the very start. He found a quick solution for every problem encountered and finished the build, going above and beyond the level of service I expected for less than half of what I expected to pay after calling around to other shops in the area. He's a highly skilled professional and I would recommend his services to anyone.
