I purchased a pair of Skechers Sport Memory Foam sneakers. Very comfortable and light weight. Like walking on air. I suggest these sneakers if you have any problems with your feet.
Sales girl was very nice and very helpful. I was leaving on a trip in 2 days with one foot with planter fasciitis and the other was a sprained ankle. I was a mess. Anyway, I left with a cute pair of sneakers that aren't bulky looking and had great padding that will stay that way. I'm happy with my purchase and the price.
I had a wonderful experience there with Tina. She took care of me as if I was a king. Great job
Quality of staff is getting worse. They can't answer basic questions about shoes. They stay in the back or on the phone constanly. This place has no culture. Good luck improving sales.
Worst experience ever! I would like to talk to the owner of the store and let her/him know my experience with these three sales persons who were there between 1pm and 2pm on July 4th. When I stepped in, there were no customer. Skechers sent a pair of wrong shoes to me. The email and website mention it clearly that I can return them to any retail store with receipt. Before I went there, I even called customer service and confirmed that I could return at my local store. I presented everything that I needed for return. The order receipt, the packing slip, and even the printed label the customer service emailed me after my call inquiry. They just refused to return it for me with absolute rude attitude, claiming it is not them who sent the wrong shoes to me but the "warehouse". When I asked them if they were representing Skechers and asked them to give me their names, they started getting agitated. They refused to give me their names and forced me to return the pen I took from the counter. What an experience I have had!!!! Never had been treated like this in my life.
I walked into the store for the first time hoping to buy my first pair, I was there for a good amount of time and no employee came up to me to help me. Two employees were there gossiping about work in the front. I was Waiting for them to finish but they never cared. I got frustrated and left. I’ll find another store that can help me clearly this store doesn’t care.
They're very friendly and helpful here. So far, every time I've been here they're nice. The associates are kind and they are always willing to help. They make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you have to return or exchange it's no problem either.
Beautiful shoes for sale ..got a pair.
Des was Awesome with my daughter's sizing and found her the cutest Gaming shoes. Super for a 7 year old. Management was wearing the women's wear and I bought it in blue with an additional 30% off. To top it off, I joined Sketchers ELITE and received 20% off code for my next purchase.
Terrible experience! The sign says sign up to receive 20% off,NOT ONLY SIGN UP WITH THE ASSOCIATE! The associate was rude,and didn't want to be bothered. Won't be shopping Sketchers again.
