We love bartending weddings and special events! We love what we do and enjoy every aspect of the job. It is wonderful to meet so many people, travel and experience much of the Kansas City area and the hidden gems that our clients have discovered! Erin has been bartending for over 15 years and doing weddings and private events for over 10. Our bartending and wait staff team has over 50 combined years of experience, so you are in great hands! We hope to help make the bar process of your event as stress free and enjoyable as possible by providing educated supply recommendations and service!
Rates start at $35 an hour per bartender (1:75 guest and minimum 4 hours,) tipping permitted. A 25% non-refundable and non-transferrable retainer is required to save your date and a contract must be signed. We accept all forms of payment! Travel is included within the 20 mile radius of Kansas City, MO, if your event is outside of this radius, only a small fee will be applied.
Once your retainer is received, we will help you draw up a customized supply list so you are not overspending on your bar supplies. We can work quickly on getting your ideal bar menu narrowed down, whether that includes a full bar or a couple tasty specialty cocktails that can highlight your specific tastes!
We will bring in the barware; so you are responsible for the alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, and garnishes (optional.) We do offer cups & ice, mixers and garnish package, so please inquire for those rates!
