I pride myself on providing my clients with exceptional service and local expertise, whether they be a first-time homebuyer or seasoned homeowner.
Erinn Doctor’s Experience:
Upon moving to Central Florida in 2007, I began studying the local Orlando real estate marketplace and watched as the Great Recession changed the climate for both buyers and sellers. Upon receiving my Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Central Florida’s Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate, I began my career at a small, boutique brokerage in Winter Park and learned the fundamentals from one of the most reputable brokers in the area. After two years, I felt that I needed to be part of a larger organization and take advantage of the technology and tools that they provided in an effort to assist clients on a larger scale.
I made the decision that to truly represent my clients, I needed to not only dedicate my time to them I needed to become the most knowledgeable agent in the area. I set out to do that and in the following years I participated in hundreds of hours of continuing education at our local EXIT Realty Seybold Brokers office as well as at the Orlando Regional Realtor’s Association. I completed training to receive my Gold Key Certification (GKC), which honors Excellence in Professionalism at the regional level.
Believing that one must give back to the community I served on the local Art Festival Committee at the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and volunteered many hours at local municipal events. I truly love the business and opportunity to represent my clients in what may be the single most important financial decision of their lives.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband and best friend, Stephen and our one of a kind chocolate lab mix, Bronson. Growing up in New England, I continue to be a loud and proud Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins fan so you can find me cheering on my teams on any game day. On my days off, I also enjoy paddle boarding down Wekiva Springs with friends and checking out all of our great, local Farmer’s Markets.
