I injured my knee and was having difficulties walking even after a week so, I called my insurance provider and they suggested this place over the ER and, great idea.  The staff were incredibly friendly! From check-in to being placed in a room was only about 10 minutes. They did x-rays, fitted me with a knee brace and sent me on my way in about an hour and a half. I was very impressed!

Love this place for quick, efficient, friendly service. They have a CT, Ultrasound etc available similar to an ER but are still considered an urgent care. Don’t waste time money and your life at an ER., come here. Kind of concerned to post this bc I want to keep this urgent care a secret,  shhh! Erica greeted me and brought me a warm blanket later on. Gabby was the nurse and started a beautiful IV which is no easy feat on my squirrelly veins. Christie, NP, took a CT scan to rule out any post operative problems, still having severe pain 5 weeks after  surgery. Was fine at 2-3 weeks?!? Good to know it is all okay. Just need to be patient, I guess.

I went to guidewell in Winter Park on 1792. I got there about 2:30. I wasn't able to make an appointment but, I was able to get in immediately which made me very happy. Everyone was very helpful at the front desk. They helped me with my paperwork and with questions. I went in without having to wait. I was there  for an x-ray of my wrist after sustaining a mild sprain. I was in and out within an hour and I was very pleased with my treatment, and with the cleanliness, and the general atmosphere of the facility. I had taken a friend there many years ago who was in horrible pain due to a problem with her neck. She wasn't easy to deal with and they were very patient with her. I was very pleased then and I was not to disappointed this time when I needed to go in.

From the moment I walked into the urgent Care. Beginning with the receptionist, medical assistant, XR & US technicians and the PA. Everyone was very professional accommodating meeting my needs asking the right questions. At the very end I had to wait for car service. One of the receptionist went out of her way. She escorted me outside cuz I didn't know where to look for this car. I could not express my appreciation for her kindness, consideration, and thoughtfulness.

While the doctors and nurses are all very knowledgeable and well-versed, this office is extremely slow. As I’m writing this, my fiancée and I have been in the examination room for an hour and a half, and have spent more time talking to each other than anyone that works here. We are both very frustrated and have been ready to go home for almost 30 minutes when our nurse said we would be out of here in “just a second”. Starting to think they forgot we’re still here

The wait time was very short, all the staff starting with the reception desk, Nursing staff and the Nurse Practioner were all pleasant and took the time to explain things to me. This visit was definitely  a pleasant  one and I will recommend   it to whoever  needs an E.R

I was very pleased how all staff took care of me. PA recommended hospitalization, and a few members of the staff were in the clinic for more than 2 hours after closing because of the transport delays.

I was in and out quickly and had all of my documents labs, CT report, etc with me.  Everyone was very nice and explained everything needed with each test. If an ER visit is needed, this is definitely the place to go.

2 bad experiences in a row. Well shame on me? Giving this place one star it's only unfair to the nurses and other support staff. However, the doctors in this location just want to go home. The nurses are wonderful, but they can only do so much when the big cheese honchos treat you like they just wanna go back home to pop a cold one open. Brother! At the very least prescribe the proper meds!! What a waste of my time and money.

Rude nurses, doctor also prescribed me a medication that can cause miscarriages and preterm labor after i told them i was pregnant. Assured me the medication was safe, had i not checked with my obgyn i couldve been worse off. Not to mention ive emailed my complaint twice now and theyve not replied.
