Absolutely the worst customer service,and they did a horrible job yes could have been worse you should see how bad they messed up my friends. Mine have bubbles and black hair all in my nails. I asked her to fixed it which she did TWICE and it still looked bad to where I got tired of being there and just told her I was just going to Cut my loss because I was tired of being there. Her excuses was “short staff” Well if you don’t have enough staff and feel the need to rush through your clients nails then your clients shouldn’t have to pay full price.Services: Facial treatments
I went in for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady who did my pedicure was beyond excellent and she’s was detailed and has given me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. However, the manicurist I had, I cannot express the same gratitude. She didn’t say much and annoyed when I mentioned something I wanted or a look I wanted. I have very few google reviews to give and usually I don’t give them even when didn’t have a great experience. But I had to leave a review to express my frustration simply because my nails are noticeable to anyone, good or bad.Services: Gel manicures
I got a manicure and a pedicure and both were super well done and it only took about an hour and 15 minutes for both. The salon was clean and they very clearly followed all normal sanitizing protocol of the instruments they use. Would 100% return.

This place is the absolute best! My gel nails will stay on for at least two weeks and they have a great selection of colors. The whole staff is really friendly!
I tried Escape Nails and Spa for the first time today. I was really impressed! Very clean, good customer service and the nail tech did an excellent job on my manicure. I will definitely be back.
Found the best place in area for a pedicure. I had a special heel treatment pedicure today and it was amazing. Highly recommend. This is the only place I will go for pedicures from now on.
I've been searching for a new nail place and I think I've found one. They were the best! Not to mention, this place has also been the most affordable out of my recent options. Absolutely love it here so far!
I asked for a design that was a bit complicated and my nail tech was amazing! She was so detailed and took her time! She was very patient with the design and she nailed it!
My Nail Technician did a wonderful job! I got a deluxe pedicure and a 'simple' dip powder manicure. He made me feel comfortable, and even though I *accidentally* stepped on his fingers not once, but twice again, I'm so sorry!! he was very humorous about it, and made my clumsiness feel less obnoxious. He was very careful in the areas where my cuticles were very dry or messed up from very poor self care, and made my skin feel fresh again! He helped me choose my accenting color, and it was exactly what I was looking for. They even sold me some scented flower infused cuticle oil so I could better prepare for the next time I visit! Wonderful service, beautiful atmosphere, and so relaxing, the lady across from me fell asleep! I would highly recommend :
