Ocean Nails Spa - Waco

I had gotten my nails filled on July 4,2023 and was charged $65, this was for a fill for acrylic and new polish, they put gel polish on, which I did not ask for and up charged me without informing me. Two days later the gel polish was coming off of several of my nails as well as the acrylic nails coming apart. I went to ask for a refund because I am going to have to get my nails completely redone and they refused a refund, which it is not posted anywhere about not being able to give refunds. They refused to give me a refund. I do not recommend them for any of your needs and I am extremely disappointed in their abysmal customer service.Service: Acrylic nails

First time visit. Place was extremely clean and inviting. All of the staff were especially polite and accommodating. Pedicure was excellent. Very relaxing. Fill in was quick and efficient. Price was great as well. I will definitely come back again.Services: Acrylic nails

LADIES RUN! The worst nail shop in Hewitt and the worst pedi ever my 5yr old could’ve done a better job and the laziest tech he cut my toe nail down with a cuticle cutter but didn’t clean the sides of my toes or cut my cuticles and he didn’t file my nail bed even as you can see the polish is a mess he did a horrible job he didn’t even clean up my polish them he put oil and lotion on one leg and not the other and used 1 towel instead of two he just layed it across both legs like wow are you serious dude when I told the owner he was like no I saw him but when I showed him he said nothing I just paid and left I just wanted what I paid for my feet done right but now I see why this place is never busy and have bad reviews their lazy horrible customer service… It’s a reason I never stopped there and I should have never stop tonight NEVER AGAIN

Very nice place. It was clean, didn't overwhelm you with the smell of acetone, and everyone was very friendly. You could tell that they worked hard to keep everything sanitary and I liked that. There were different options with the pedicures and all were very reasonably priced based on the services offered. My only complaint is that there were a ton of seats for getting pedicures but not enough employees to handle very many at once. Will definitely be back though.

I walked in with no appointment. I Needed a me day after helping care for mom since September. Needless to say, great service. They checked temperatures and made sure you sanitized before entering. My nail tech was so awesome! Can’t wait to go back.

I went to Ocean Nails and Susan completed a pedicure for me. She was amazing. Super friendly and did a great job.

Guy was friendly, took his time no rushing. Great selection of color! Edit: I think there have been new owners and the people who did amazing nails have left and prices have gone up twice now.

Update#2 changing 2 stars to 1 since no one got in touch with me and offered to fix my manicure. UPDATE #1. Its been 12 days since and my nails look horrible. I'll have to find another place to go fix that Service was good, nice people. Good foot massage. But. Idk, I feel like 95% of nail technicians should be taking continuing education courses. You see all imperfections in the daylight. With this kind of manicure, it'll be cheaper to buy a powder nail kit at Walmart and do it your self. Nothing personal, just my experience. Here's the picture, you be the judge. I asked for an almond shape.

Between Ocean & Elegant, they were my 2 favorite places. I typically chose Ocean as it was closer & loved Sara and Mary. It has been quite a while since I had been there & realized immediately that Sara & Mary were gone. There were 2 men & 1 woman working and the atmosphere seemed off putting. I got a pedi with absolutely no concern or care for cuticles. Said salt soak, nope didn't get that. The normal massaging of legs & feet was awful and the guy kept looking at his watch to make sure he didn't go past 5 minutes. In past when I got hot stone there were a total of 4 stones with a nice leg and FOOT massage. Nope, 2 stones & robbed of any type of a massage. I will never go back. Whoever the new owners are they are cheap & they actually made me feel tense. Prices are HIGH! What used to be a little spot of a relaxing spa, it's gone.Service: Pedicure

The staff was super nice, respectful, and very polite when we just walked in and didn't even have an appointment. Excellent service and over all just an amazing experience.
