Escot provided bus service for our middle school’s tour of the Florida Keys and the Everglades. The bus was clean, had great Wi-Fi, and working electrical outlets. The real star was our driver Stevie. Stevie was an excellent driver, he was patient with the 30 teenagers in our group, and he even helped us select songs for our sing-a-long. Stevie made the trip enjoyable for us. Thanks Escot & especially Stevie!
We were booked on a return trip from Port Everglades to Bradenton Fl last Saturday. Cruise Connection did a lot of things very well the red vest lady at the port. The bus was fine, our driver was fine and the internet was spotty. The problem was the scheduling of a driver without a large enough operational window to get us to Bradenton from Port Everglades? We were informed that we need to change busses in Sarasota and then continue on to Bradenton. This was 18 miles from home. I understand that there are delays that result in this but none seemed apparent to me. Friends picked us up and took us home. The wait for the replacement bus was 20 minutes. I did email back and forth with Cindy and the response was very quick. We have used Cruise Connection in the past and hope that we don't get in this predicament again.
We had an excellent experience with Escot Bus Line. I had an event 11/6/2022 with 19 out of town family members all going to a Buccaneers game. I had originally booked with another bus service that told me they owned their own bus fleets & employees only to find out the week before the event that this was not true. I had read 6 new recent reviews of that company that were all extremally negative, and that they were merely a booking agency. I panicked, found Escot Bus Lines, a locally family owned company & they rescued me and our event !! The entire process couldn't have been any smoother! And the price was much less than the first company quoted me with! From the owner, to the sales rep, to our driver everyone was efficient, professional, friendly and kind. The driver, Stevie, was friendly, cautious & safe. They provided a service beyond expectation. The bus was clean, roomy and better than what I was expecting. They made this event even more memorable for us. Thank you Escot for a wonderful experience !!
We used Escot for a school band trip. The booking process was extremely efficient and they answered multiple questions in a timely fashion and were very kind and helpful. Everything during our trip went better than expected and Tony and Kimmy Sue were amazing drivers! We could not have asked for better and will definitely use again!
Our family was recently in Orlando to go to Universal. One of the days we were there we took a shuttle to Sea World. After getting off the bus my niece realized she had left her phone in her seat. After being on hold with several numbers not knowing who own the bus we decided to just talk to the driver that pick us up that evening. He was aware of the phone and knew it was at their dispatch center. He gave me the direct number. There I spoke to a very helpful person. He told me the phone would be on the same bus in the morning and told me I could pick it up anytime. The next morning I met the bus at Universal at it's first stop of the day. The driver like all the others had a very great and helpful attitude. He had the phone and returned it to me.
As a long-time planner of large, out-of-state school groups, I would like to recommend ESCOT Bus Lines for all your group travel needs. When booking with ESCOT, gone are the days of worrying if your bus and driver will show. Our driver Ed was absolutely PERFECT. He would text me when he was en-route and then when he arrived. He became like one of our group during our 8-day field trip. Ed even offered to assist us on his own time, using his own car, during off-days if we needed something like medications or other supplies during our stay. This unprecedented service makes ESCOT the ONLY Motorcoach line my school in Massachusetts will consider using when we have school groups in Florida. Leah Ann and Karen are the extremely helpful booking agents I work with in their office. There is no such thing to them as "Can't do!" Every request we have ever made was accommodated! Many times this has been true when other companies said they were not available. ESCOT strives, even with short notice, to find an affordable way to accommodate our travel needs. Of all the constant worries a trip leader has to endure, ESCOT has never been a concern. Dependable, friendly, affordable, FANTASTIC!!!
On a bus trip to Smoky Mountains. First thing..the bus driver GB could hardly walk..OUR people had to physically load the bus 42 people 1 suitcase and 1 overnight bag.. bathroom needed attention..1/3 roll of toilet paper for an approx 8 hr ride with 42 passengers..no a/c working on the bus and after 1 hr. waiting we were sent another bus. Bus driver even had hard time using GPS..was not there to help ANYONE on or off the bus..this is totally unacceptable.
We have been using Escot for our school trips for many years and the staff and bus drivers have always been great and on time. Paula is a great person to work with. Highly Recommend.

I'm a music tour manager at a university near Chicago--and we had an excellent experience using Escot for our music tour. Our equipment trailer and luggage were dead-headed down to Orlando by another coach company and our large music ensemble flew down. We needed a local coach company for our second bus. Escot's coach driver worked so well with our regular coach drive, it was like they always worked together! The office staff at Escot were professional and on top of everything. I would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Escot!
