Staff always friendly.  My primary care provider answers my questions, provides great medical care and is professional and supportive.

If there could be no stars I would give it. Dr. Torrance has ignored all my messages with my child's health and refused to acknowledge my presences. I would definitely see another doctor or in fact another clinic then Essential as all I've had with them is problems and rude patient service.

The lab technician Patty is rude and doesn't listen to the patient. I will never let her draw blood from me again.
