My name is Tamara Shelton and I have always had an interest in alternative therapies that can be used to treat discomforts before they turn into BIG chronic health conditions. In 2004 I received my Massage Therapy license and became Nationally Certified. I started working in a clinic that put me in touch with massage therapists that were trained in many different modalities including Craniosacral Therapy. When I had this therapy practiced on me, the effects for my migraines and digestive issues, were huge. I took my Craniosacral Therapy I training in 2006 and loved it. In 2012 I took the Craniosacral Therapy II class.
I LOVE Craniosacral Therapy, but I know that it’s not the only answer to bodies that are out of balance. There are many wonderful therapies that I have learned throughout the years from: light Swedish relaxation, deep therapeutic massage, cupping, and aromatherapy. That’s why with every session, I start with a thorough intake to discover your present needs and establish a mutually agreeable plan that addresses them. Each session will be customized just for you to get your body the best results. Afterward, I will check in with you to receive your feedback and offer some ideas that you can use outside of the bodywork sessions.
