Welcome to the Facebook page for the ESSEX SPORTS CENTER located in Middleton, MA. This state-of-the-art sports complex boasts well over 100,000 sqft.

Description

Essex Sports Center entails a 100,000 sqft indoor Sports Facility on the 15 acre parcel in Middleton, MA. It is a privately owned and operated sports complex consisting of a two NHL sized ice hockey rinks, an indoor sports turf field, a state-of-the-art athletic training center.
Accessory uses, in addition to the rinks, indoor turf and training center include concessions which will enable players and patrons to enjoy food and drink during games and practices, as well as a full service Pro Shop that will sell essential products such as sticks laces and tape, in addition to body protection equipment, team apparel, and skate sharpening services, and function and meeting rooms for public rental.

One rink seems nice and has plenty of light. Other rink needs new lighting. Boards are sticky from old advertisements. Referee room is a small bathroom turned into a Ref room. There is a dunkins and food available which is a plus.

2 rinks - ice is good and locker rooms are clean. Huge parking lot, busy place and has a well run and staffed Dunkin as a bonus!
Very clean and well stocked store. The two employees I spoke to was pleasant. One of them went out of his way to answered all my questions pertaining to their own line store vs their store purchases.
Facility was nice. Love that there was a Dunkin in the lobby. There was plenty of parking. The rinks were frigid and the heaters were not turned on - even after the request was made. I am pretty sure that it was warmer outside - even though it was snowing.
Nice place overall and definitely getting better but still feels unfinished. Still no hooks in locker rooms. Lobby looks like it's still under construction. Addition of Dunkin Donuts is a nice add. Pro shop is good. Used to have a health food store which was nice as a snack option. Bring something like that back.
Very nice place. 2 hockey rinks inside. Pro shop inside. Plenty of room for vendors to set up during an event. There's a snack machine and a drink machine. There's also an ATM machine inside. The place is pretty clean for the most part. There was also a food truck outside when I went there for a hockey tournament
Great place amazing it's a sports players dream. And for mom and dad DUNKS. AND FOR CRIMINALS Middleton JAIL 20/25 STEPS AWAY. SO IF YOUR SPORTS Dreams GET SQUASHED, YOUR Life WILL BE A FEW STEPS AWAY
Great ice, clean, great staff. Ice keeps know their stuff.
Worst ice I have seen in a long time. Looks like a nice facility but ice is unplayable. Won’t set up yet they flood it. Dry cut would help maybe but the gouges are so deep it still would be rough. I’d rather be at Hockey Town...and that place is awful.
