Our designer, Nikki, from Ethan Allen has been great to work with.  She listened closely to what we were looking for, and visited our home to get the first hand view of the space.  She then created the 3D rendering that really helped us envision what the suggested pieces would look like in that space.  When we visited the showroom to review her proposed plan, her fellow professional helped us determine how to best incorporate fabric that we had from our existing window treatments that we were trying to keep.  Very collaborative and professional in every way.

Very disappointed. This is not our first time shopping with Ethan Allen. Met with a designer 3 times to design our living room and were very happy with what she came up with! We ended up wanting a floor model sectional for the room and when going to purchase was told they could not pull the floor model from the floor until mid November 3 months away. We were disappointed as we were ready to even wait for the furniture but obviously didn’t want it to continue to be used, sat on, stepped on and dirtied for 3 straight months on the show room floor. We weren’t offered any other solutions and even though we had wanted multiple other pieces for the living room we were pretty much told thank you have a nice day. Very bizarre.

We are delighted with the service provided by Peter. He guided us through the logistics of a challenging room dimension and tonality of existing furniture and wall paint. Both Chris and I feel confident in the choice we made to complete our “space for life”.

High quality furniture and excellent design services keep me coming back to Ethan Allen. It was a pleasure working with Michael and Brittnee on my living room update. I appreciated their product knowledge and style advice. In home consultations took the worry out of selecting fabrics that will compliment my existing decor. The showroom offers a wide variety of frames to see in person. I have purchased many pieces of Ethan Allen furniture over the past 25 years and know that I can count on the company's commitment to quality and customer service.

Trish Smith has always provided the finest personalized and professional service.  She has superb taste, yet always takes into account her clients’ wants and needs.  She never tries to jam her ideas into the mix, yet usually has the best suggestions!   Trish is kind and pays attention.   For all these reasons—and many more I don’t have the space to list—she can NEVER retire!! I forgot to mention that Trish is helping me furnish my third home.  Oh, and Ethan Allen furniture is excellent quality.   All the people at the store are lovely and helpful.

Recently, I made use of the Design Services at Ethan Allen when I planned to redo my great room.  Brittnee Parker, the Project Coordinator, did an outstanding job selecting the furnishings.  After a home visit, I met with Brittnee to view the renderings of the room with the new furniture and was even able to take advantage of a 3D view.  I felt that she asked the right questions and then, based on her interpretation of my lifestyle from the home visit, chose the furniture that will definitely update the room.

Peter Balistreri at the Buffalo Ethan Allen was able to create a beautiful space for us taking into account family heirlooms and artwork.  He was very accommodating to our family needs and wishes.  A wonderful experience for us.

Charlene at Ethan Allen was very helpful and provided appropriate choices and suggestions for our space. Also very accommodating with changes with the design tools. I would highly recommend Ethan Allen and Charlene for design and products.

I cannot express enough what a wonderful experience my daughters have had working with Julia.  She is very talented and pays great attention to detail.  Julia helped create my daughters dream bedroom... Also, throughout their new home her design choices were perfect, beyond their expectations.  Each room is so tastefully done.  It was a pleasure working with Julia Schuler.

I highly recommend Ethan Allen Furniture. I bought a beautiful dining room set. Had great advice from their designer. Two of the chairs had nicks in them and they immediately took them back and reordered new ones. Worth the price: Excellent customer service and outstanding quality.
