Our experience with Kati Wilson at Ethan Allen was amazing. We had never worked with a designer for our home and I've realized we're no expert when it comes to interior design. After her on-site visit at our house, Kati had the living room designed in a 3D rendering along with physical swatches and samples of what she was proposing. Ultimately, Kati put together a living room that was smart, elegant, and rich. The true custom look we wanted. She's not just an employee at a furniture store, she's truly educated in the field of design and knows what works with what. This has enhanced our house 1000fold! I highly recommend Kati at the North Hills store. We were so happy with her recommendations that we've returned for her to design a dinning set for our open floor plan. She brought in elements from the living room that will be very complimentary to one another without stealing the spotlight. Can't wait for that to arrive. Once it does, I'll be sure to upload pictures. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words. So exciting! And, I should also mention the furniture. We were amazed with the craftsmanship of the work. The two chairs have very specific patters and the fabric was sewn in a way that they match 100%. Totally worth the cost as this is custom furniture that you can't get at your typical furniture or big box stores. Worth the investment!
Ethan Allen has not lost its touch over the years. The quality and workmanship of the furniture remains stellar with many options in styles of furniture pieces & wonderful fabrics, many of which are updated to be performance fabrics. I have several pieces of their furniture that are over 20 years old and are in excellent condition with fabrics that are still wearing well. The staff is 'the best of the best". They are always pleasant, helpful and easy to work with and truly experienced professionals who excel at their jobs and customer service.
Neal Blevins was AMAZING! He made our selection process for our sofa and chairs seamless. Neal listened to our vision, and provided tips to help our living room in our forever home come together. He kept me informed on the process. If you need a designer to help your vision come together Neal is your guy.
My husband and I just finished working with Jennifer Alexander at the Raleigh North Hills store to complete a total renovation of our living room. She was very professional, knowledgeable of the product line, patient, and most of all easy and fun with whom to work. We love the quality and beauty of our new furniture and would recommend Jennifer to anyone who is looking for a designer to help furnish their home.
Jennifer Alexander has been a dream to work with. She put together a gorgeous refresh for our home and we are completely blown away with how everything turned out. She made suggestions based on our style and kept it fun & family friendly. I enjoyed working with Jennifer and will definitely request to work with her on future projects in our home.
Very good quality items. The selection is very good. They update there selection often. I have purchased multiple items from the store. Delivery is usually prompt. The special order items sometimes take several weeks to receive. For the most part this Ethan Allen is overall good.
Check the age of the instore item before you purchase. The staff was very friendly and the store had a lot of options. Unfortunately the couch we looked at in the store was apparently three years old found out when I went back after delivery so the new couch cushions was A LOT more puffy and overwhelms the space a bit.
I was able to work with the fantastic Kati Wilson at Ethan Allen of North Hills!! We just purchased a new home and needed furnishings for our main living area and my husbands office/man room. She drove over an hour to visit our new home to measure and see the space. I have a difficult time decorating; I know what I like yet have hard time coordinating it together with other pieces. When I came back to the show room, she had the everything laid out on a table to discuss each piece in each room with alternatives. She was very well prepared for each of our meetings. I felt that Kati really understood my style and made this process so easy for me!!!
We worked with Kati Wilson and she was wonderful! She not only provided us with excellent customer service but also created an amazing presentation of ideas for our decor and furniture. Kati certainly has a very bright future in interior design.
Our experience purchasing a sofa and upholstered chair from Ethan Allen was effortless and satisfying. We couldn’t be happier. From fabric selection to delivery day was smooth and pleasant. Should I have need to purchase more furniture I will not hesitate to return to EA.
