I am so wonderfully excited to announce the opening of European Floral Design & Gift Boutique on August 3rd. This has been a dream of mine for almost 10 years. I own a local floral studio in East St Paul. My work is based upon the European concept. I am providing quality Flowers for all occasions; Traditional, Exotic and Unique Bouquets and Arrangements.
