Schriemer's Greenhouses and Garden Centre Ltd

Beautiful plants, but the customer service is horrible. I have been there 3 times all in which most staff will ignore you or respond to a question with, well did you look? My last shopping trip, I politely asked two staff members for assistance in locating a matching pot I found. The two ladies seemed pretty annoyed I was interrupting their visit, and offered me no help. When I asked for assistance I was asked if I went to go look myself in the pot section, then when I responded yes, was told if I didn't see it there it was not available. Cut to 30 minutes later, another staff member saw the pot I had and asked if I wanted a matching one from the back. I was very excited to get a matching pot, only to wait another 30 minutes for the staff member who offered to get the pot, to forgot about helping me. In which she then asked another staff member to go get it. In the end I love the plants, but not enough to make the drive and poor service worth my time.

Nice enough place with reasonable selection if you just want to browse. However dont bother calling ahead to see if they have something in stock as you wont' get anyone answering the phone. I would rather go to another greenhouse even if it is a bit of a longer drive that will confirm they have what I am looking for, than to drive all the way out to Schriemers and find out they don't carry it or are out of stock and then still need to go looking at other places. Their customer service could use some improvement.

Went to Schroeder’s Friday evening to buy some plants and what a enjoyable evening it was the lady that was there helped me pick out what I needed. I told her what I was looking for. She had made suggestions and they were all fantastic. You’ve got my business.

Amazing selection of plants and plant accessories. Kitties to pet, turtles to watch, and wonderful workshops for the whole family.

The people are always great here. The selection had been rather picked over today, unfortunately. We will managed to find some really nice plants for my mom. The annual tradition continues, Huzzah! I thought I wasn't going to be able to do my usual mother's Day present.

Amazing place with huge selection and variety of good quality products. Could spend all day here! *update* seems we went too late in the year this year... Unfortunately the selection and quality are way lower than when we went last year...

Will not try new ideas out before offering to buyers. If it dosnt work out I guess I am the out of a product and money. I knew the original owners and they said they wish their names were not associated with the new owners. They would not buy from them and from the last few years of buying from them because I live in the area, I agree, I will go somewhere else
