I have been going to European Wax center in hartsdale for years now. But they lose all of their good people. The young lady NataliI had today was not good at all. I asked her how long she had been there because my normal girl left of course fabulous wader. She tells me she is covering a shift and she works in the Eastchester office. Normally there is small talk so the wax doesn’t seem as long. Dead silence in the room just the music playing. Then I look down and there’s still hair on my vaginal area. I tell her and she does attempt to fix her mistake and then she hands me a mirror so I can look again and in my head I’m like you still didn’t take all the hair off. Mind you I didn’t have a lot of hair to begin with because I make sure to keep up with my appointments. I tell her the hair is still there but I’ll just go home because I was so annoyed. I felt like I basically wasted one of my waxes from my package. These waxes are not cheap at all. I hope she was just having an off day because this is ridiculous seriously.

Have been coming here for over a year but over the past 6 months or so 3 different specialists that I have used have all left. And a 4th person was fairly inexperienced and the service was not great. Never again two bad experiences with your ladies at the front desk I’ll stick with the Yonkers location

This is the closest EWC to me so I go here. I used to go to Jena but she left. I then went to Katie, but she left. The turnover is giving me anxiety especially after I finally get comfortable with someone. They automatically book me with a stranger I know nothing about. When they booked me with a stranger before it was with someone that had a lot of open appt times, she was inexperienced, caused me pain, and I had to come back and get another person to fix her mess. I don't know why people keep leaving, but from my experience it's usually because of management. Needless to say, I think I'll use up my current package and move on.Service:&nbsp;Waxing

Ask for Jena. I’ve been coming here for the past few years but want to recognize her for making my Brazilian waxes painless as possible! She’s really engaging and takes my mind off the pain while she talks about vacations! She’ll tell you when to take a quick breath to lessen pain which is so sweet and appreciated. Will be coming back here as I’ve purchased another wax pass.

Staff is always very friendly and professional. Had my wax done by Elizabeth C. She was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and worked quickly and with efficiency. Definitely going to her from here on end. She made it a pleasant experience. Ask for her she is top notch.
