Came tonight for the first time, definitely won’t be my last. The young lady, Alexia was so sweet and extremely helpful. I told her about my need to relax and something to take the edge off. She was so patient with me because I’m somewhat unfamiliar with CBD. She suggested some great products, I took her advice and bought all she recommended. I walked out with a variety of things! The oil sprays smell amazing and the incense sticks as well. It’s young women like her that give me hope for the future, I appreciate your polite employee! I’ll be sure to let all my friends know about this wonderful store with all your excellent products.
Julie and Brittany helped me while I was shopping today mainly Julie . Juliw was very delightful and super helpful. It was very hot in the store!! However, service was good but Julie I know is new but she needs to know the prices of items. Although after shopping at 3 different stores most employees need product/pricing training . I
I went into this location, it was so nice! Smoke shops are my thing! It helps when the staff know their stuff! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dani! She was super sweet, mindful of how much I had to spend, did not try to pressure me to spend more, which I love, she was also very knowledgeable! I will definitely be back!
Very good place I come here all the time for vapes because some shops in the area have really bad quality problems with the elfbars and lost marys like leakage and constant firing, but every vape I've bought here has never had any problems. I'd reccomend this place a million times to anyone. Luis is very helpful at the front counter.

This shop is one of the nicest smoke stores i have been to. everything is very tidy and clean; Lourdes, one of the employees, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about many products in the store. she explained many details about products i have been wanting to try for so long. i have only come in a few times, but i have already recommended it to many of my friends :
Luis is so unenthusiastic, like I don’t need much but getting him to answer questions about products or anything is exhausting. Everyone else who works there is great but every time we go in and see him it’s the same attitude that almost makes us feel like he doesn’t want us coming in. It’s a great smoke shop otherwise but it uncomfortable going in not feeling welcomed. Edit: Apparently it was on the 21st at 6 closer to 7 pm, but it wasn’t just this one occasion, every time we go in and it’s him it’s a real pain.
Such an insightful customer service experience. Dani was so helpful and definitely made my boyfriend and I regulars. Will be back soon!
