Comfortable and large seats. Low price for admission. They don't have stadium seating but the rows are far enough apart it doesn't matter. Also, the seats recline so they are very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and staff friendly. Not much more you can ask for!

I absolutely love this theatre. Friendly customer services and reasonable prices. Clean theaters no sticky floors and plush leather cushioned seats. AMC won’t see me anymore. Movie start on time not 20 mins of annoying commercials. Clean for the most part did not see all areas. Spacious seating Love the fact it is very dark an sound quality amazing! Definitely will recommend!

We loved our experience. Short commercials which was nice. Saw a 7:00 movie, movie started at 7:05. The chairs were comfortable and you felt like you were in a retro theatre, the vibe is great. But the prices are even better. I would come back just for the ticket and concession prices. Other places are absolutely ridiculous. Popcorn and a drink shouldn’t be $16! Anyways, will come again. :

I went to go see spider-man no way home . I was going in with very low expectations but to my surprise it was really nice and cozy . Employees were extremely sweet as well . I went in the morning not sure how the nightlife is but willing to find out .

I was going to give a higher score for the nice workers that are there...but I don't like lies being told to potential customers. I have been twice, in May and then a couple weeks ago...both times there was no air conditioning, so for management to come back and reply to a previous review that stated there wasn't any air conditioning by replying there was...instead of apologizing or atleast owning up to it is unacceptable.

They are open and tickets are less than $7 each. They don’t have alcohol but they’ve got everything else. Lol the theater has been renovated and my favorite part, other than the great customer service, is the seating! The floors are not carpeted and the seats are leather rocker/recliners and are spaced out. I only took one photo of the lobby

Updated review 07/15/22 Went in to see a 10am movie and we were asked to wait in the lobby because the movies weren’t playing in the theaters for some odd reason. Well come to find out it was auditorium 1 and 2 that wasn’t playing so as we sat in the lobby for 15 minutes waiting for the staff to fix the problem that they never were able to resolve while our movie in auditorium 3 was playing. So to sum it up the staff made us wait in the lobby for know reason and caused us to miss the beginning of the movie. We don’t go to the theater to miss the beginning of a movie. We go to see the whole thing so we left. Their response was “well you can come back for the 1pm show”. This again is another example of how poorly run this theater is not to mention again that the fake leather reclining seats in auditorium 3 are falling apart, filthy and no air conditioning. This is the last time I come here. Next time I’ll just drive to Prattville. This place is ghetto just like the mall it’s in. They have a theater room where they feature the newest and most popular movie which has the recliner seats and air conditioning. Theater room 2 and 4 have air conditioning as well but the rest of the theater rooms don’t have air conditioning. When you’re walking down the hallway in the theater the humid heat hits you like a ton of bricks. It has been like this ever since they reopened. That’s about a year now they’ve been running this place half with A/C half without yet they have a 4 star rating. SMH, crazy

By far the worst ..... Customer service I had to wait for popcorn and to refill drink way to long...also it was so hot the the theater even after I told them it still stayed hot....worse $27 I have ever spent....but movie was great ...

Everyone working the theater was SO nice! Seats in most theaters aren't reclining but still very comfy. We enjoyed our movie and will certainly come back. Only minor complaint was old napkins still in our cup holders from previous viewing.

Love the popcorn but seating could be better and I would like it open more during they week. Most movies don't play in the area until 230-300pm. This is a pain in the butt. I loved that the Eastdale Cinema was on during the week at 10am. They should open during during week 10-4pm then close each day and be open all day Friday-Saturday. And opne on Sunday at 12pm
