This place was great for our group of 5, Ana above all else made the animal encounter great for our son. Not only is she knowledgeable, but her little twist of humor made the show amazing. She went above and beyond to give us an experience we won't forget. We were fortunate enough to spot 3 gators as well while on the boat ride. If you haven't already, you need to.
My wife and I had an amazing time with our Captain Kris! She kept us all laughing and also educated on what we were seeing out in the Everglades. We saw 6 alligators and several cool birds. The alligator show afterwards was great as well. Such a great afternoon!!!
We saw only one alligator in wiled... One of the stuff guys was acting rood to one of guests, I was a bit uncomfortable around it. By the end of boat ride they were giving away pictures, but only one, even though it was six of us!! So, if you do take pictures separately, you will get a copy of each shot!! After boat trip we were not really exiting about it, but after the trip there was a alligator show which was exiting, the girl in light blue was brave playing with one of alligators!! She made the impression of hole thing better!! But we were so disappointed when she said that she doesn’t get paid, and the only money she gets are donations!!! So, at the end, we were not really exited because we were expecting to see many alligators, but saw only one!! On the other hand alligator show was something!!! Giving two stars!!
Fantastic place close to Miami, the rider was the best and aligators were so much worth to see in their natural enviroment. Highly recommand this trip
I would give a 2.5 if I had the option. Pros: Nice tour of a very contained portion of the Everglades. “Captain” knowledgeable about animals and fauna and imparted enthusiasm for both. We did see gators, iguanas and birds on the tour and the captain did a great job of patiently turning the boat so pictures could be snapped from both sides. Cons: Young lady who you have to purchase tickets from was incredibly rude and flat out refused to give information about your times, where to board, etc. We were the first customers of the day so there was absolutely no crowd. She even asked is to leave the gift shop because it was it was not supposed to be open yet. There was major construction going on and no clear signs to direct traffic. Views from deck that were suppose to overlook Everglades were panels of pressed board. I understand construction issues but care should be taken to explain reroutes and to make walking on sidewalks safe. Honestly, discounts really should be offered during this phase of construction, as it takes so much away from what the expectation is. Nothing mentioned at web site. After the boat tour, customers are herded down an alleyway, where we stood for 20 plus minutes to get into an alligator show that had empty stadium seating which would have been a lot more fun to wait at. We were let in when one of our party climbed over the fence to ask when we would be allowed to come in. The show still had not begun in the next 20 minutes and we finally left, along with other families.Service: Group tours
Tour was really nice and Dillon was fantastic guide captain! Edit: I ended up going a second time, and must say that the other guides should all go through a training by Dillon! - we tipped him much more than the other guide because of really everything enthusiasm before and during the ride, driving style, tour announcing style, etc and it was significantly more fun with Dillon!
The air boat ride was fun and got to see some alligators and other wildlife. The guided tour was very informative. The alligator show was great fun too!! Thank you for an amazing time!!
Looking for a unique everglades experience? This is it. Our tour with Captain Chaos reached it's acme when we encountered two adult alligators contending for lens time with our cameras as we circled about. When called "Bunny" the alligator came right out of the weeds up to the airboat! Literally hugging the side of the craft as I snapped shots of the cute little Floridian dinosaur! I could've reached out and petted her! But don't! She's voracious! An idiosyncratic blend of history, appreciation, and revere permeated Captain Chaos The Alligator Whisperer as he guided the tour expertly with all he class and character of a real life Crocodile Dundee. Later as we sat to see Paul Bedard of Gator Boys TV show perform at the "gator wrestling" show, we laughed so hard at his silly "Dad Jokes," and were awed by his personal dedication to the preservation of these awe-inspiring creatures. Beyond words, every second of our visit here was incomparable to previous adventures and left us with a deep sense of appreciation for these people and the animals they are so clearly endeared toward. Highly recommended! Will definitely return again next year!
Excellent tour and saw a bunch of gators and wildlife.
Was an amazing experience and what a blast. Raphael our driver started the fun off from the hotel to the park...and THEN Captain Mark had us captivated with history information and so many laughs. And then even more with the crazy and hysterical alligator show... the things that guy does.... don't miss this place on your vacation.
