The people were super friendly and I'm assuming the service work was done correctly. Haven't ran the lawn mower yet this season. However, I wish the overall pricing was a little more up front on what the total tune up would cost me. On the website it stats overall tune up is 89.95 plus parts. I get the bill over 140 total on my push 300 dollar lawn mower with shop fees, parts and than a little extra kick add on 3% service fee on all credit card which at this point I don't care about but It was a nice little kicker. Might as well ran the lawn mower until it dies and buy a new one. I guess this is the world we live in. Learned my listen. Extra: for 140 dollars I think they could have hosed it off and made it look clean but I guess it had a little gas in it.
Exceptional! They’ve earned their stars! So fast, helpful, and friendly. Not to mention having the parts I needed on hand. Highly recommended!
These people are so great to work with. When we couldn’t find a riding mower in Green Bay, we found Evergreen on-line. We found exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price and got to deal with some wonderful employees. This morning they even called to say they were leaving the shop to deliver our mower. Hard to find this kind of service these days!!
Excellent service! We are looking forward to doing business with Evergreen Power in the future! UPDATE: Purchased a Husqvarna 327 on 2/25/23. Excellent experience once again. Any time I need something or have questions I get what I need right away without any issues. Highly recommend Evergreen Power!
My Husqvarna lawn tractor would not start unexpectedly. I tried to troubleshoot it on my own but could not find out what was wrong. Gave evergreen power a call and they were very helpful on the phone and gave me advice on what to try which worked and I was able to get my lawn mower to start again. Very much appreciate the willingness to help a customer over the phone and provide good advice without even having to step into the store. Going to do business with them more in the future. Thank you again very much for your help..
Great service and staff here. I purchased my riding lawn mower here and they've treated me very well through the process of buying and maintaining the mower.
Evergreen Power delivers the highest quality service. Really appreciate the program where they pickup my mower in the fall, store it over the winter & perform the annual maintenance on it. The do the opposite for my snowblower. The do a great job. As with great organizations, I did experience a small issue, made a call to Ryan & he had it fixed super fast. I will never go anywhere else. Plus Greg is awesome on 107.5 the fan in the morning
I cannot speak highly enough of the service and professional attention that the folks at Evergreen Power provide! Recently had some issues with my snowblower, and not only was the blower picked up the same day, but was returned to me less than 24 hours later-just in time for the coming storm! I’ve bought all my EGO equipment from them, they patiently answer my questions, and really put “ service” way ahead of anyone else in the Valley!
I appreciate the small town approach to sales and service at Evergreen Power as opposed to going to a big box store who may not really know their merchandise and certainly doesn't back it up if something goes wrong. Very friendly, informative staff who will stand by their products.
Simple, sober NON emotional review: Pleasant people on the phone and in person. Insanely overpriced service, but the clerks for example Ryan, like a sophomoric pretend business analyst at Evergreen will explain that 2021 inflation is the reason they are marcoeconomists and understand *inflation*. But what is wholly unacceptable is damaging your unit, in this case, the chute on a mint Husqvarna 14527 in what was probably an accident during transport unintentional, I understand that then refusing to even split the costs associated with repair, THEN, during a calm, measured conversation, blathering on with childlike whining drivel that the customer is 'simply too particular' followed by a hang up yes, expecting your MINT equipment returned to you undamaged is clearly unreasonable - I get it now - BUT, not without explaining first, "It's just a snowblower..." If true, one should see bent, damaged components in Husqvarna brochures, Toro brochures, Ariens brochures, etc. - because after all, they're *JUST SNOWBLOWERS* and *JUST TRACTORS* and *JUST CHAINSAWS*. Rationale: We as customers should all accept damaged stuff when we take our equipment in for repairs- that's the new normal. When you've lost an argument like the aforementioned child did, hang up on the customer - even during a calm conversation - that too is the new normal. Don't listen, talk over your customer and shut the customer down, since you know you've lost on fact and logic. Like HELL this is the new normal - send a message to tyrants like this - find another power equipment shop - like Ben's Small Engine or Kitz & Pfeil and say hello to respect and common decency. BTW: When you read the shop's laughable reply, consider this: I NEVER do social media, am a top level professional in my field and a paragon in my community - not some blowhard fly off the handle idiot who goes into the world of electronic media and bashes others for fun. This is a rare for me, but worthwhile observation I am sharing. You, the reader, are free to decide if a shop that operates like this is for you.
