Directions: You can access the park from either highway 288 or highway 332, though if you are driving an RV the 332 approach is recommended due to a dip on Wilson road. From 332, turn onto CR 227A, which is right by Qualawash. Continue down 227A until it turns left, (and changes its name to CR 434) then continue until you reach Evergreen right where the road turns to the right. If you are coming fom Clute, turn onto Wilson road from 288 then follow it along until you reach the park.
Refunds: no refunds will be made once a space has been rented.
Utilities: Electricity, city water, and city sewage connections are provided at no extra charge. 30 and 50 amp services are available. Free wifi is provided.
RV Sites: tenants are responsible for moving, placement, and securing of their RV vehicles on the designated RV slot. The tenant is responsible for keeping the site around the rented space clean, neat and presentable at all times. Trash receptacles are provided. Extended porches, awnings, or covers are allowed as long as they do not interfere with neighboring tenants.
Vehicles: ALL vehicles, RV's Trucks, automobiles, vans, and motor cycles must be kept in an operable condition and capable of movement under their own power. All vehicles must have a current license plate. Boats, four wheelers, trailers, and all other extraneous equipment may be stored in the park only with the permission of management and only during the period of the rental lease. An additional charge may be assessed for any extra vehicles. Tenant may have no more than two vehicles without written authorization from management.
Rules:
-no firearms or explosives are allowed on the premises; no loud noise is allowed at any time.
-tenants and/or guests may not engage in altercations or confrontations with other tenants or facility patrons. Any complaint or grievance should be brought to the attention of management immediately.
-The provided trash containers are for tenants who generate trash within the RV park, not for trash brought into the park from somewhere else.
-Pets must remain in the tenant's RV vehicle or be on a leash at all times outside the vehicle. Barking dogs that disrupt neighbors will not be tolerated. All animals must be kept current on shots, vaccinations, and licenses and cannot exceed 40 pounds.
