Service was great. But the Evergreen billing / coding department is a mess. In March, we took my 1 year old son in with a potential concussion. Staff was great, friendly and very helpful. CAT Scan + X-Ray both done on site and got results back quickly. Get the bill back and the X-Ray is fully covered but the CAT Scan is $750+. My insurance covers diagnostic testing 100% even before deductible. Apparently the CAT Scan machine is part of the Evergreen Emergency Room...not their urgent care. So it was billed as emergency room instead of Urgent Care. No heads up before the test. We came to urgent care specifically because the ER would be more expensive. Same company and same building but cheat us out of $750+ by coding it different. Call log: July 9 - called to appeal, will have an answer in 2 weeks. July 25 - still hasn't been reviewed August 18 - still under review September 6 - still under review November 10 - still under review got it escalated to management and told I would receive a call...no call December 20 - hasn't been reviewed but will have someone look at it in the next 24 hours December 21 - voicemail asking to call back. call back and get a different person that has to read all the notes again. I ask to speak to a decision maker on the review but says that is not an option. Let's me know that it is coded as ER and that it won't be reviewed again.
Showed up 10 minutes late just for a follow up and was told I had to reschedule. I drove all the way across town and missed some work time for this appointment. I even called and had a message sent to the provider, they told me 10 minutes should be fine. Well…….what a waist. They block off an automatic 30 minute window for an appointment and you sit and wait for that long before someone even sees you. So irritating. Everyone has a busy life schedule, have a little patience and customer service. I’ll never come back here to this particular clinic.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE WAIT TIME ON THE WEBSITE!! The wait that shows up on the website is wrong!!! They are significantly understaffed and don’t pick up the phones. The message on the phone tells you to check the website for the wait time and check in there. WRONG!!! When you actually arrive, they say that everything you see online is inaccurate. I went all the way to Redmond hoping for a 20 min line and arrived to an over an hour wait. This is absolutely terrible, cause people who feel unwell go out of their way to come to this location. Fix your system or at least disable it if it does not work! I feel absolutely let down.
Walked in a few minutes after they opened. Filled out the questionnaire, and sat for another 5 minutes. Then taken back to a room, asst came in taking vitals and asking questions and taking note. 3-4 minutes later the doctor came and checked my ears, nose, throat, and chest. Left and came back, explained her findings and her judgement, gave 2 options of meds. 3 days later i am feeling a whole lot better.
Take my advice and travel the extra 10, 20, or 30 minutes to a better clinic. This location is severally understaffed. Unfortunately, you won't know that until you're put into the exam room and wait for over an hour. No MD. I actually felt bad for the PA, she seemed overwhelmed by the poor staffing by Evergreen.
Horrible front desk reception. I came in after being sent in by my doctor. First the ladies at the front desk were too busy chit chatting to even notice I had walked in. Secondly the lady who helped me wouldn’t let me speak. She asked a question then spoke over me and scolded me like I was her child. The other staff from what I remember is typically amazing.
I had the worst experience here. Even after 3 days of urgent care consultation, prescription hasn't send to pharmacy. While checking for the reason over call, they were telling that their records indicates we checked-in, but then a no show-up to for doctors visit. We had to then go back in person on the 3rd of urgent care visit and show them the visit summary in order for them to check and send the prescription to pharmacy. They were claiming the reason could be some software upgrade or something like that.
The entire staff provided excellent care and service today. The doctor and medical assistant were very professional, kind and knowledgeable. They handled my medical needs and gave me excellent care and information. I was also provided with a referral for follow up. Getting in was quick and easy. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The clinic was very clean and the staff seemed happy to be there.
Urgent care sent me confirmation that they are waiting for me. When I got there I was told that they are out of capacity. Front desk wasn’t helpful.
No wait on a Saturday. Front desk staff super nice. Dr. Erin is a great doc. She has an amazing memory and she really cares for her patients. If need arises I will definitely go back to this location.
