Hi, my name is Amy Grundy and I am a local high school Physical Education teacher, as well as a personal trainer. I am also a mother of 2 wonderful children, that are 2 and 5. I have started Everyday Fitness with the goal of helping individuals gain knowledge and confidence in the area of fitness and exercise. I want people to enjoy being active, understand why it is important, and be able to set and reach goals they have for themselves. Everyone deserves to be happy, and being physically active can help with that. We do a wide variety of work-outs each week: kickboxing, cross training, light weight lifting, and yoga. I also discuss nutrition and ways to make healthier choices. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with everyone working to become more fit.
