We are a mother/son team with dozens and dozens of weddings completed. We manage between 25-40 Weddings per season, and we execute flawlessly. Both Pam & Keith love designing and planning your wedding but they have different strengths, that allow their team to completely manage your event with style and sophistication. The average engaged couple invests close to 500 hours to plan their wedding. That amount of time is crazy! It’s a full time job in itself! We break down the entire process and coach you to help you cut prices in half, enjoy your planning process and save in the end. Our coordinating investments start at $700.00.
Does EBYG provide floral design services?
Yes! We started FLEUR, our flower division which gives us the opportunity to save you money, work with fewer vendors, and in return you get the freshest flowers from Holland, South America and all over the US, designed and arranged custom for you!
Does EBYG & FLEUR work with same-sex couples?
YES, YES, YES!!!! We have planned several same-sex weddings in RVA! We would love to work with you!
When did we open?
We opened EBYG in 2010 and FLEUR in 2012.
If EBYG Plans your wedding who is in control?
You are in control and we work for you. We offer suggestions to help you save, design options and other options to help make your wedding day less stressful. We are here to help you and work together.
Do we charge for an initial consultation?
No, both EBYG & FLEUR offer a complimentary 60 minute initial consultation where we ask you numerous questions to get exactly what you are looking for. *Some things we talk about: Venue, Budget, Design, Questions, Etc.
Does Fleur have a minimum charge for wedding florals?
There is No minimum charge for our floral design. Pricing depends on time of year, flowers requested, amount of flowers needed, size of the wedding, etc. Our flowers usually run between $1,200-$4,000.00.
*Wedding flowers usually are between 12%-15% of your overall wedding budget.
What else do we offer?
EBYG rents out basic and specialty linens, and we own a complete lighting package. Ask about both today!
Will we work with your vendors you have already booked?
Absolutely! We love meeting new vendors and working with old ones! We also have a great list of vendors to choose from if you are just starting out!
How do you pay?
EBYG accept all major credit cards, or personal checks.
Where do you begin?
Email or call EBYG or FLEUR to check to see if we have your date open. EBYG books only 2 events per weekend depending on the size of event. If we have your date available we must work fast to get you a contract & proposal. We require a 50% non refundable deposit to hold your date that goes toward your balance.
