They have the best price in town and were the only company who could resolve our unique installation. We needed some adjustments after initial visit and Christian owner personally came out to adjust gutter. I typically don’t give recommendations but they delivered as promised.
I want to begin with acknowledging the sales person and the customer service lady on the phone, who were professional and understanding at all time. On the other hand, there were some delays and unexpected issues, which were eventually resolved. I had a gutter job quoted by three companies local to Miami, Dade/Broward and no one came close to the price provided by EGC. The job was quoted to be completed on Friday and it was delayed by three hours but eventually the gentleman showed up he did not speak a lick of English, and so communicating with him was super complicated. Once the job was completed the following day, We had a severe rain storm which exposed that the gutters were not properly sealed and missing a splash guard . Once I brought it to the attention of the company they addressed it fairly quickly that same day. I was surprised that a single person would be dispatched on such a job given the individual had to climb on a ladder, 40 to 50 feet in the air to hang a 30 foot gutter. It was a balancing act like no other, and I was concerned for his safety. Overall the company needs to focus on training staff and assigning 2 people to the job.
I tried using them, got a quote from Elijah, really knowledgeable and likable guy, and booked an appointment based on Elijah and the good reviews. My husband stayed home to receive them. They never showed up. Called the main line and got no answer. Someone finally called me back and told me that they did not see my address on the schedule that day at all. I called back the following day and still got no one and left a message. Then I got an electronic invoice for the job that was never done. When I eventually spoke to Yudelmis, who works the office, she apologized for the electronic invoice and told me it was a mistake. She never gave an explanation of why they did not show up for their appointment. But she offered to reschedule which I did. Once again my husband stayed home from work to receive them. Unfortunately, they still did not show up for the rescheduled appointment, even though Yudelmis told me that they were on their way. I finally got frustrated based on the second missed appointment and left a message and a text with Yudelmis telling her that I am canceling and not rescheduling again. No one called to apologize. No one called to try to keep my business. I don’t recommend this company. I see great reviews on this site but my experience was quite different.
