My experience at Mattress Firm was outstanding. Marjorie at the North Lauderdale location was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their wide selection of mattresses to find the perfect fit for my needs. The delivery process was seamless, and my new adjustable mattress itself has exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for their excellent customer service and top-notch mattress options. As for Marjorie!

After spending a significant amount of time searching for the best bed for my personal needs, my daughter and I were pleased to find such a mattress at Mattress Firm, in N Lauderdale. The excellent customer service by James Bauer played a large part in this decision. He showed a sincere interest in meeting customers needs with so much patience and no pressure, never once mentioning the “late hour” we first entered, even though it was nearly closing time, and he was preparing to leave for his 2-days off per weekly schedule. Am pleased to say we did, in fact, purchase the tempurpedic mattress and adjustable frame and as much as I loved sleep before, this just makes it SO much better...it’s just the right combination of memory foam softness and firmness. Having a bad back makes what I sleep on an essential third of my day, and the adjustable frame so much more appreciated. So very pleased with both the service and the choice made just 2 weeks ago. ****UPDATED REVIEW 5/5/21**** Suffice it to say my first review was premature as i have had many problems in the 2 months with first adjustable frame as it shifted to the side 5-6” every couple of nights til someone pushed it back into place. After being advised to either keep pushing it back into place which my bad back prevented me from doing, or adding Velcro to both base and mattress.? Original salesman is no longer there, after he took my order to upgrade base from EASE to ERGO hoping it would resolve both the shifting while i got to enjoy the added features, like the massage so pleasing to fall asleep to. But that was not to be. The base was either refurbished or simply defective as i had to have it repaired twice, for it just stopped working with leg half of bed elevated as high as it goes enabling me to keep my legs elevated above heart level as prescribed, but until I disputed the charge, then my frustrated claim was finally referred to the CAN-DO MGMT level, and thanks to Andrea, i am finally getting a brand new base replaced in 2 days the earliest possible, and I am very optimistic that she will not give up until it is completely resolved. This time i will hold off on posting a review right away & wait until sleeping on it for a couple of weeks. That seems fair as I only like posting positive reviews, so she will get all the accolades she deserves as she has expressed a fierce determination to see this through even calling me today on her day off simply because she gave me her word and i respect that kind of commitment. The pictures posted are an additional problem with this base moving front to back as opposed to side to side like previous base. If I didn’t see how many people read my review i probably would have just deleted it, but i am finishing what I started with this update for it is an expensive investment and only well worth it if it functions properly.
My experience was awesome. Angela is knowledgeable and stayed consistent with showing us the best options that fit our price range. The kids also had Lego’s to play with!!! We left satisfied and with a purchase
Yesterday Angela helped us find our dream mattress. She made our experience remarkable, easy going, and confident about our purchase. Picking out the perfect mattress for your needs can be over whelming but our sales person Angela made it so much easier. Lots of selection to choose from, someone being so informative was so much help. I totally recommend you pay this location a visit. : we decided on a temper-pedic and couldn’t be happier.

John, actually an area manager who usually is based in Pompano store, was at the N. Lauderdale store and that was really great for me. You know when you meet people who are just magnetic? John has a magnetic personality that is bigger than the store, confident, at ease, incredibly knowledgeable, and really just someone you want to sit around, then chat with for a while.!! So in terms of my shopping there, John made it incredibly easy and confided in me, that he actually sleeps on the same mattress that I bought! He made the entire process which could’ve taken hours, done and dusted within 20 minutes! I had my new mattress, set up for delivery within 48 hours, as well as a couple of goodies because they’re having a sale right now. Seriously, I don’t think I’ve ever go anywhere else for a great mattress at a great price. But having John take care of me… That was just the icing on the cake!
Overall great experience. Sleep expert Andre at the North Lauderdale store was very friendly and knowledgeable and patiently helped me select the right mattress for my sleep pattern and kept it within my budget. I intended to purchase a base online to keep within my budget and went back to the store a couple days later to ask which base would work best. The manager was very accommodating, she ended up giving me an irresistible price on an adjustment base. The mattress and base were delivered on time and I do appreciate the alerts by text and email. I am so far very happy with my purchase. Thanks!
I visited Mattress Firm on Sunday with my husband looking for a good mattress.Andre was very kind, and took all the time to explained us the difference between all of them. He never pushed us or insisted for any in particular, also answered all the questions we had. We bought the mattress we liked it!!! We really recommend Mattress Firm and specifically Andre. Good luck
