Great place. Got me in and out fast answerd all questions and are an amazing team. I have seen them for my knee and hand and my mom's shoulder. Every doctor takes time and genuinely cares about you. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was kind and professional. First time here and the wait time was minimal. Clean in all areas. Ryan explained everything perfectly. Very professional and courteous. My experience was very good. Would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Jude is an excellent doctor. I've seen him twice. Both times I was highly anxious because doctor's offices spike my anxiety. But Dr. Jude is unlike any other doctor I've seen. He talks to you in regards to why you're there to see him. But he mixes in casual talk and conversation which is fantastic in helping you to relax. This whole office is just a great experience in my opinion. All the staff is just so nice and welcoming.
Today was my first day of PT at Excelsior, and my physical therapist is Tom G. I was very impressed with the whole procedure and the facility. It's a busy place, but everything seemed to be running smoothly.

Hope your not in a hurry. Waited close to an hour for my appointment. When I asked the front desk how much longer it would be, they told me there were still 4 people ahead of me. I canceled my appointment, got a refund, and left. My time is valuable and I don’t have hours to waste sitting in a waiting room.
I have a full tear rotator cuff and had a dislocated shoulder. The first time I went I've seen a PA and she was great, the second appointment I seen the Dr. and he was great and he really didn't explain that I had a full care read things that go along with it I read it in my portal MRI findings. As for physical therapy with Colleen, I only had my second appointment today but she is fantastic! I do highly recommend them here I just wish I would have had a little more explanation on my MRI readings I only had about a 5 minute meeting with the doctor.
Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and friendly. The facility is run efficiently so both my experiences have been smooth from beginning to end.
