Recently had a very poor and troubling experience with poorly trained staff and management. Booked a cruise, which was fine. However the quality of service and knowledge was unprofessional, lacking and a manager with no skills and an inability to accept blame for the lack of service or understanding of what they did wrong. In the passed I recommend this agency, however now I would not. The manager needs training on customer service, management skills and the staff is also lacking proper business knowledge pertaining to Travel. I noted local guides have placed reviews of good service, what about clients. Was an OK agency not now however, unless it improves its skills.
