Tried it today before buying a membership. Paid for the Ultimate wash by credit card when the machine wouldn't accept cash. The undercarriage wash didn't work, the final rinse didn't work, and I was forced to wipe off all the soap at a vacuum station before leaving. Would be a good value but doesn't appear to be maintained very well.
Avoid it and go to any other place but this. I had been here for a car wash after a long day trip and went their so called "deluxe wash". Trust me when I say I never had a more horrible car wash experience than here. The roof, door panels and the engine hood all had stripes of dust all over. Not worth a penny.
I’ve visited and did the very quick five dollar express car wash. It did an adequate job, but my car was really dirty. Fortunately, the wait was brief. I will try again once my car isn’t so dirty!
The price was lower for comparable car wash at other locations nearby, and the vacuums were free
Pretty great car wash for only $5.00. I was impressed. Complimentary vacuum cleaners as well. I went to wash-n-roll first only to be told by the sales associate that they weren't able to wash my car because it was to dirty.... Ooook. So I went here. I didn't have to deal with any one telling me my car was to dirty. And it did a fantastic job. Probably better than most.
Everything went fine until rinse and dry time. Rinsers were soft and varely spit on my car beforw the timer shut off seemingly too fast, and got about half the car through the dryer fans as well... im off tp find a towel to dry SOAP OFF MY CAR
Good for price. It was broken and I lost my money. Brake place next door was able to give me a code.
Well my $8 car wash cost me $150 due to it ripping off the windshield wipers and killing the motor that runs them. Luckily they have a sign saying they aren't responsible for damge their equipment causes so, to heck with your vehicle. Don't risk it! Reply to Neil, Oh I very much turned off the wipers per your flashing blue dot and your machine didn't give me a receipt. We were there between 2pm and 3 pm today. You can check your video camera, all red F250 crew cab. There were 2 of us in the vehicle and I was explaining to my son why we had to turn off wipers. Please don't waste my time telling me why I'm at fault for simply using your business when you haven't bothered to check your surveillance. I see you all like to blame the customer for damage. If it's that complex to use your service, that should be warning enough to future customers to not use Express Auto Wash.
I really like this car wash. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is, the actual car wash could be a little better. It always seems to miss the very front of my car. But, being open 24/7 and free vacuums and inexpensiveness is worth it to me!
I dont understand why anyone would give this place a negative review. I use it regularly, and get the $5 wash. You get what you pay for. It cleans your vehicle, maybe not perfectly, but go ahead and spend the $35 or more to have it detailed if u want perfection. Haters gonna hate...
