**Broke my Navigation door on my Car** I came here all the time but has gone downhill. This past week I came for a wash and detail they broke my GPS navigation wood grain door on my car. Then they said it was my fault. The door didn't work so they forced it manually to open and now it's impossible to get it shut. AND I had to come home and detail my car. This is pictures of their detailing... HORRIBLE. My incident report was denied and they won't even refund my wash and detail. The employees were very rude and blamed it on me. In fact I felt threatened by one young man who was approximately 6'0 tall with blonde curly hair. There's too many other car washes around... Don't go here!Service: Auto detailing

I bought a $30 car wash and left a $5 tip today. When I got home, I noticed that the attendants did not clean inside the doors or the back lift gate window. I won't be going back. Rip off!Services: Vacuuming

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s usually the best bang wash for your buck by a mile. The interior is often better than what you get at a much more expensive price point. All that said, someone needs to give the management some guidance on how to handle negative reviews. Even if the people leaving one star reviews are looney - which given my experience here I’m sure they are - the ranting responses by management come off as unprofessional and are off putting. We’ve also been wanting to get a family monthly subscription for a bit but the website has been under construction for a good while. I’d be happy to trade them a new fancy website for a few free washes.

Be forewarned! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They helped me pay the most expensive package and thru the gate, sprayed down my vehicle on the tracks, waved me forward to the point it activated the 1st set of brushes and soap then stopped me and told me I could not go thru because I had a tank in the back of the truck. They had me back up and go inside. Then move to another spot come back in all to give me a refund. They asked for the last 4 numbers of my card and then told me it wasn’t showing up on their screen. I told them I already received a receipt from the card company. She told me there was nothing she could do. I asked for the number to her boss and she refused to give it to me. I asked her for her name and she said KAT. No last name. I walked away having spent money on a service I did not receive with no recourse! Rude and did not care a wit!

My Truck's side view mirror was broken by the air blower. When I contact the manager, they said that there is a sign board in the front that says they are not responsible for any damages to the vehicle. When asked if other customers experienced this, they said they break one or two every month. The manager there tried to fix the mirror and she damaged it even further. I asked her if she knows what she's doing, she said I'm not a technician but just trying to help you. I had to stop her to help me before it comes out in her hand. This place has no respect or empathy for customer's property. Will never go there again!

Machines are good but the interior package is very poor, they could not clean my truck floor and it's rubber come on, they missed some spots as well so I'll probably won't get that package any more just the outside I can clean the inside better.

*Updated* 2/25/23 the service has taken a sharp dive over the past few months. The wash is expensive considering you will need to do a solid quality check before you leave. for 40.00 they forgot the tires, and didn't vacuum the inside all that well.

Just got a basic car wash today and the customer service is excellent.. I can tell they really care about their customers... Even for the cheapy car wash that I just needed the basic they towel dried my car and the guy even saw the puppy smears on the inside of my window and he wanted to wipe those down too... This is hands down the best car wash I've ever been to. they did an excellent job and I will be returning soon Services: Vacuuming
