Love the boots i bought online and picked up in store. The ladies working there are friendly and quick to offer assistance as i walk in. The deals are pretty great and when you sign up online you get $5. Love the rewards!
I went in to express in desperate need of an outfit for the evening, and Keisha was so helpful and kind! She helped me find exactly what I needed, and even offered to steam my shirt for me. Keisha went above and beyond. She was so lovely, she made the experience so enjoyable. Thank you Keisha!
Real bad customer service I purchased clothing on line, I need to return two she only did one because the tags weren't on the pants? Is inconvenient for me cause I went to a different store and very friendly they were able to help me. I do belive she was race or she just didn't like the way I looked
When I first walked in to express no one said hello or offered any assistance but there were employees there standing around talking to each other while I was waiting in line for a long time, finally another lady walked up to the register still did not offer to help so I asked if she could assist me but was ignored the first time so I walked over to her and asked again if she could help me, this was really a horrible experience
The employees here are always nice and fast to help out. Clean location very organized, but womens pants between the sizes 8-12 are really hard to find. They carry more small sizes 0-6.
Walked in looking like a mess because I just don't always care how I look in public. I'm here to buy a pair of oxfords, not to impress the employees. As I was looking at the shoes a bald man who I can only assume was a manager walked up to me and asked "are you looking for anything?" To which I replied "yes I'm looking for a pair of oxfords." He looks me in the face and tells me that if I wanted something cheap I should go to the Payless Shoesource. I paid for the shoes with my Express card and left baffled that someone working retail management could genuinely be so pretentious.
I don't remember what the girl who helped me s name is,but she was not only helpful but actually honest when asked if clothing looked good on my fat body. Thanks for the honestly!
My favorite part was spending 30 minutes looking for regular fit shirts and being told you can only buy REGULAR fit ONLINE... after the employee handed me a regular fit tester to try on.
ordered pants online on sale. returned pants because they were too large , and when I went to the store to return them, they wouldn't give me the correct size ! bad business .
A little pricey, but have nice selection of stylish clothes. Recommend getting on their coupon mailing list.
