There were 2 employees behind the counter at this store and only us and 1 other customer inside of this Old Navy. We went to cash out at the same time time and we let the other customer go first. The person we let go in front of us to cash out engaged in a long personal conversation. The 2nd cashier walked away and went to the back of the store and never returned. After several minutes of holding our item to be purchased and trying to make eye contact with the cashier, we sat the clothing down and walked out. Never even being acknowledged, we left feeling as if we were bothering the employees and unfortunately, we left without purchasing something we wanted.
I love Old Navy, but this visit was different. The sales floor was crowded with merchandise. They had some really cute stuff but I wasn't able to find what I was looking for.
Old Navy is a pretty good establishment for inexpensive quality clothing but I'm a tourist to Tucson and our cashier was very bratty/rude, I waited in the long line with a package of face masks but my spouse wanted a certain color, so my spouse also waited for assistance at the tall wall masks, by the time I made it to the cashier, my spouse was finally helped by an associate. So I told the gal I was waiting for the other gal to get our other selection masks, she had an ugly attitude. It was not our fault they put certain colors up so high, we tried looking for an associate and it took so long to find someone, as long as it took me to stand line but our cashier was so rude becuase I told her to wait because we waited for a fellow Old Navy associate and she was taking her time pulling down the masks.
No one seemed the least bit interesting in helping me. The girl that was just walked away while I was talking. Register rang up the wrong price and the cashier told me I was wrong. Was too tired to argue. Very bad customer service & the store was super messy!!
The staff at the store were great! I’m not familiar with Tucson Mall so I didn’t realize that the store is inside the mall, and a staff member brings your items out through the mall to you. When I went for curbside pick up, I had to park in the designated curbside parking spots by the food court. None of that information was disclosed in either the confirmation email or pick up email. My suggestion would be to make note of that as it may delay the time it takes for your items to be brought to you.
5 stars for the cashier who checked me out. Honored the sales price for an item that wasn't ringing up and couldn't have been more friendly. Great customer service!
Great deals as always the girl at the counter was a little grouchy though but she was probably stressed out because of Christmas I'm not sure but none the less hadn't been in the store in a long time and found a lot of the great deals that they used to have but even better so plan on going back when I have more time to shop
The sales reps were rude and snobby towards my daughter.
Very busy and slow check out, but they did as fast as they could.
A very good place to go to for nice and cheap items. Clothes for everyone in the family and give out little toy balls for kids when they get bored while the parents are shopping. Old navy is best for any fancy or casual events.
