Dr. Santi is the best provider I’ve been to that is very professional, knowledgeable & very compassionate with his patients. Dr. Santi take his time to listen and care for his patients and give excellent treatment. I love his staff. They are super friendly and on point when you come through the office door. Yes they make you feel WELCOME!!! I’ve been going to Dr. Santi for over 15 years I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good Dr.
I have been under Dr Santi's care for almost 20 years. Love him. I have had many serious medical issues, and he has given me the best of care in them all. I feel he is truly "family" and feel blessed to be under his care.
Not good. We were patients for over two years. Once we spent 6 hours waiting. If you have an appt, they will tell you they have walk-ins to take of; if you walk in, they tell you there are appointments ahead of you. You never see the doctor who just rakes in the dough; the Physician's Assistant very smart and nice man is exhausted all the time. Staff is very disorganized, often discourteous , not well-educated. They are constantly losing personnel. The facility is dirty and and just altogether unpleasant. You are treated like cattle. If you value your time, go elsewhere. One good spot: the radiologist is a sweetheart.
We had a "scare" with my Son in April. He went to ExpressCare of Lake County as a walk-in patient - without an appointment . The young lady at the Desk was very nice, and showed much interest in us and our concerns. He was seen with-in 30 minutes which I think is beyond our expectations for not having an appointment. The Doctor took his time during his examination and aked many questions. We liked that the facility is well equiped and has xray and CT and MRI scan equipment. My son did not need these tests thank goodness.. but it is nice to know that, if he did, we would not have to make an additional trip to a different place. The technician did perform an EKG and took his blood to be sent to the Lab. We had a very positive experience at this office. Thanks again....We will be back!
I am leaving a review to let anyone seeking Urgent Care know that this business is NOT an Urgent Care, has not been for 3 years!!! Please update your status on Google so people in need of this type of care are not chasing their tail when already very sick.
Dr Santi is a very knowledgeable and compassionate physician . He has been our family doctor for over 20 years.
I've always been treated well by Doctor Kim and the nurses at urgent care.I've been seen here for last 3 years.It's my primary health specialist.
This place is no longer an urgent care, but a primary care of Dr. Santi sorry for incorrect spelling
