Please park your  car elsewhere! We came back to find our car scratched and none of the staff/owners has taken responsibility. Instead, they will tell us that they would call back but would just ignore us. To date, there has been no solution and they have completely ignored our calls. If you care about your car then go elsewhere. There are many parking places everywhere!

My expectations were surpassed by Extra Car. It was simple to find a spot in the large parking lot. I felt appreciated as a customer because of the staff's helpfulness and politeness. They offer first-rate service at affordable prices. For all of your parking requirements in Seattle, I definitely suggest them.

In Seattle, I was quite pleased with their service. The personnel provided exceptional customer service, and the online reservation process was swift and simple. The parking lot was well-organized and clean, which made me feel not that worried about my car They offer great value for money and exceptional service.I definitely recommend Extra Car to everyone.

Parked my car may 30 till June 6th came back my car was in horrible condition and CRASHED extra car does not have insurance meaning you are responsible for the damage. I remember reading the reviews about this kinda stuff happeing and thought no way that would happen to me. My mazda CX5 now has over 3,000$ in damage that I'm responsible for. I have insurance but my insurance says im responsible to pay deductible geico I have been calling none stop and they never have any answers or say they will call back. Micheal has never called back because I'm sure they don't have insurance. Very unfortunate payed them 150$ to park my car and now have another 3,000 in damage. Thank God for private attorneys but such a headache dealing with them. Park your car at a place that let's u park and keep your keys. YOU DON'T  WANNA COME HOME FROM VACATION TO THIS.

Outstandingly pleasant encounter.  The shuttle arrived on time, the check-in process was quite swift, and the prices were fair. Their helpful and polite service made our day, but most importantly, my automobile was preserved in good condition and was not harmed. Outstanding experience. To everyone, I highly recommend Extra Car!

The solution was Extra Car! We didn't even notice my husband had left his phone in our car after dropping it off until we arrived at the airport. However, the Extra Car personnel swiftly got in touch with us to let us know they had located it and even dispatched a shuttle to deliver it back to the owner. Our day was made by their kind and supportive service, and we highly recommend them to anyone in need of parking assistance.

As many have said, this place USED to be decent and the price was right. I used them exclusively for many years. No longer is this the case.  Last time I parked here I returned to find my windshield cracked clear across the whole window. Time before I returned to wait over an hour tofind my car. This  is when I realize they have other lots they move cars too. Can not be trusted and really could care less. Pay a little more and feel secure while you are on a trip.

The driver was so attentive that he noticed our reaction and stopped to take us with him.
