I came in and had a great experience. Got my unit in 5 minutes with a great deal and the best customer service I could ask for. Melissa was super helpful and answered every question I could think of. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!!
I had pleasure working with Jim. He is very nice and helped me to get what I wanted price wise and I think he went out of the way and worked with a lot of patience until I was satisfied.
Had a very pleasant experience with Jim and the process was swift. Clean facility and easily accessible. Highly recommend.
Started out great….Until only 3 months into my storage I got a letter stating that my rent was increasing from $67 to $115. I’ve was a customer from January up through April, but they have the nerve to increase my rent by 70%??? Couldn’t even wait 6 months! Unbelievable. I will be promptly putting in my notice and moving my belongings to a more transparent and reasonable establishment.

I Rent this storage on November ,2022 i paid 6 months a head my next payment do on may16 ,2023 Two weeks ago i received a letter that my monthly payment up 40 dollars more … i decide to moved my stuff the price up to high.I had emptied the storage on 4/29/2923. They told me i couldn’t get any refund back I wasnt supposed to pay till may 16,2023. They just send a message to give my review this week s my review IM VERY UPSET .
The young lady was so helpful she deserves a raise I never had such wonderful customer service
Jim was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
My experience here at Extra Space Storage was a grand one. The temperature controlled unit was spacious and I felt like my things were secure. The complicated password to get into the building made me feel confident random people couldn’t just wanted in here. The cylinder locks also made me feel secure because you can’t just cut these with bolt cutters. Melissa was great and a cutie pie as always, but unfortunately my unit was $62.00/mo for 23 months and out of nowhere, I got a notice in the mail that they were going to double my rent to $122.00. TF?! DOUBLE?! Hell naw. So I got my stuff out and will deal with it else where.
