Hauch Storage

I have been a customer for over 2 years. My check I was great, Joe was very helpful. Today I went back to put a table in my unit I forgot the unit # so Joe helped me find it and put the table from my car into the unit, he also had to move a few containers as one was crushed, he made things more stable and space for the table. Thanks Joe, you're the best!!

You might not think customer service is important in a storage provider, but every time I’ve needed something above and beyond from the folks at Hauch, they’ve come through for me with flying colors! Hauch has very competitive pricing at a location that’s easy to get to, *and* they provide great service. Highly recommended.

Clean, secure storage are the basics. Hauch storage does more than that. Very helpful, personal service is what makes Hauch better than others. Asked the manager, Joseph Burke, to check the status of an outlet in my unit. Within a couple of hours he solved the problem and reported back. Awesome follow up!

I have a credit card set-up with my account to automatically pay my balance each month, however this company's management is so bad that I'm constantly being charged a late fee & having my unit locked when they don't charge my card in time. I have to call & complain every time this happens to make sure my balance is adjusted & my access is restored. It is beyond ridiculous & I recommend you save yourself the headache of having to deal with such incompetence!

I recently had a unit here. The manager is nice, helpful and made himself available after hours during this pandemic. I appreciate the help. I will certainly be Back in the future when the need is there I appreciate joe for being super helpful and respectful during a stressful time of moving. This is the only storage unit place I will use! Highly recommend hauch storage

Only one con ; Floors get wet in the spring. New guy in the office was a huge help when I had to move out last week. Joe, you my friend are great at what you do! Reasons like this is why we have rented off and on for 8 years here. Thank you!

Good prices easy to get in an out , an also really close to the high way 16 and 95. Everyone has always been real helpful if i needed anything or had any questions. Defiantly the best storage place I've used in this area.

Units are clean, secure, and manager even helped me move my stuff in. It was awesome to see someone help me when I was by myself. Highly recommend it to anyone!!
