I was able to get a unit and move stuff in within 24 hours. The guy that helped me get set up was so so nice to me, I was a wreck and he was very helpful and kind. The unit itself was clean and very secure. There were insane amounts of rain and you wouldn’t have been able to tell, all my stuff was protected. I will definitely use this place if I ever need to store stuff in the future.
Store manager is very professional. Really took the time to explain all the details. Thank you for all your efforts! Peace of mind knowing vehicle is secured and safe Nice to to get great service and pricing in todays world.
Scam alert!!!! Renter beware…all communications from them will be email or text. Until they jack up your rental rate $100. Then it’s by snail mail. Never got the notice go figure even though they texted and emailed me about everything else during this time. My stuff was already in the unit so they know I didn’t have a choice. Quickly moved my stuff out after realizing it’s a scam. Go somewhere more reputable!
I am a returning customer to extra space storage and that meant nothing. This type of company charges whatever they want, whenever they want. I had a reservation for a unit and in 3 days during the hold it went up over $100 and I was not notified until I was there to sign up for it. They claimed it's a reservation so I technically have no claim to the unit and have to succumb to any changes. They would not honor the quoted prices from days before and told me it's not their policy to notify me of price changes and the system will not let them honor the original price. The office staff told me this and two different reps when I tried to call in. This unit was already $200 more than surrounding ones, but I needed it for convenience reasons since I moved by myself. Horrible customer service the two staff members at this office are very kind, but were unable to help due to "the system", they don't care about your business. They're a nameless, faceless company that just wants your money. I was also told by company reps that the unit will most likely go up in rent after 3 months and they aren't required to notify me! UNBELIEVABLE. Just another example of companies doing whatever they want at our expense. Rent somewhere else or with anyone other than extra space, this place is a scam, ridiculously expensive and customer service does not care about you. Shame on you Extra Space.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Issac and Raphael at Extra Space Storage, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their professionalism, friendly demeanor, and helpful attitudes made my experience smooth and stress-free. They were easy to work with and ensured I had the perfect storage solution to suit my needs. Do yourself a favor and choose Extra Space Storage - you'll be in great hands with Issac and Raphael!
Can't say enough good things about this place. So easy to get started, I did it online and signed up, had a unit and gate code in literally less than 5 minutes. The units and yard are very clean, and location is perfect just right off the interstate a little way. And the manager was super nice and very helpful, even called to make sure I didn't have any questions or need anything. By far the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility.
Raffaele made it a quick and easy process to get my unit and even came by while i was moving in to see if i was happy with the place. The place is nice and clean with good security. I would recommend for your storage needs
I have used a number of storage units across America, and have never written a review. This storage facility is the best! Not only is it and the property kept clean, but the manager can often be seen checking around the facility to make sure it is secure. We spoke with the person who we rented from, and he is very personable and seems to be trustworthy. All in all we found this to be a secure and safe place to store our belongings, and Mr. Raffaele Sorrento to be a conscientious manager. We will definitely be referring this place to others.
Hard to talk to anyone at the office, and it’s expensive. The access hours are better than other places though
What a joke of a company . Limited hours to your own belongings and they just decide to DOUBLE your monthly payment.
