Excellent facility, kept very clean see pictures. Staff is very kind and helpful though taciturn : Ed has been particularly helpful on several occasions. They keep costs down and pass it on to renters, which is nice.
I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Extra Space Storage in Zion for my moving needs. The assistance I received during the process was commendable. The staff was professional and accommodating, making my transition smoother. There’s a reason this Extra Space location has such outstanding reviews! The facility is immaculately clean. Strict rules - no food, no grills - ensure it stays that way. Easy loading and unloading options make moving in and out a breeze. Quincy, the manager, is knowledgeable, professional and so helpful. We’re grateful we found this place!
Everything about this place appears to be clean and well cared for. I have never seen garbage anywhere. Floors are always swept. Moving carts always available. The place is well lit. I am very happy I decided to rent storage space here.
Mr. Quincey was very helpful answering questions for me and helping me figure what was best to suit my needs. This facility is clean, well lighted and I love the security of being able to enter the large doors at the back with my vehicle for loading and unloading after dark.
This storage building is very clean. The prices are very reasonable. Lucky for me, the after-hours number helped out with an automated question answered of my pass code, I must have heard it wrong over the phone from Quincy the store manager.
The experience was great. The employees are very helpful. I would absolutely rent here again if I am in need of a storage space.
Highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Zion! Quincy runs a very clean very safe environment and is always willing to help make sure people are happy! Very happy with this location!
