The guy that helped me was sheer genius Lloyd!! This fella really deserves a raise due to his excellent customer service! His knowledge of the company he represents was second to none! Super helpful and had an answer to everyone of my many questions. I will definitely recommend your storage facility to anyone and everyone that asks me if I know of a great storage unit place! Just all around a pleasant experience!
I give this location as well as the very kind and respectful gentleman named Brandon who works the front desk. a five star and beyond that rating an absolute best rate there ever can be possible! Because he definitely helped me in making sure my whole experience and time spent was well worth it and met all needs and expectations I had and that's not easy for anyone to do! I highly recommend extra space storage here at the Taylorsville location a thousand and more times for anyone and everyone hands down! Thank you for being so polite and professional and showing the world's still has people who do still care to be kind to their customers!
Rented a space for one whole year. My dad had his truck there. Never had a problem, nothing was ever stolen. After a year, the prices went up a bit, but it was still affordable. Very safe place and very much affordable. Highly recommended!
I broke my lock, which was crazy in itself, and Brandon was so very helpful. He hadn't come across my specific way I broke it before and that didn't matter. He stepped in to action right away and fixed the problem. I was so grateful he was so friendly and his willingness to help me. We definitely picked the right storage company to use.
This was the first storage unit I ever rented and I cannot say enough good things about them or this location! Everything I needed was super convenient and the amazing man Brandon that works at this location went above and beyond! He is super helpful and honest and does whatever he can to help the customers he works with!
Just set up a space for my business.. I thought they would do an automatic monthly charge each month so I didn't worry about the payment. I received a text asking me to call on a Saturday..... Nothing about why. I don't work on the weekends so I waited until Monday to return the call. They charged me over $70 25% of the monthly fee because my payment was late which is CRAZY HIGH!! No email, no invoice, no warning, NOTHING! I asked if they could put us on auto pay so this doesn't happen again and forgive the late fee this one time and they said no. I said, "well then maybe I should move out" so they sent me a text message saying I needed to confirm my moveout. Terrible customer service!! I managed a storage facility for several years and I would NEVER treat a customer like that!
NOT the place you want to rent! I was given the third degree about every single thing I wanted to store. And just as this began two large Tongan employees came in and sat right behind me, to lesson in on what all I own, making me feel 99 % sure that they were casing what rentals they want to break into themselves. So I asked for my ID back and left. NO WAY would I recommend anyone rent a storage unit there!!!
Brandon was so helpful and accommodating. He was thorough and extremely nice to do business with. He was a bright spot in my moving nightmare. Eleanor Posey
Place is clean, affordable, and easy to get. Having it done online was great. Staff are friendly and helpful as well!
Brandon was amazing with helping me! He was very friendly and had a 5 star customer service attitude. Very professional atmosphere and the place seems very secure and clean. Highly recommend.
