Super awesome team at the office in Goleta CA - James and Robert very efficient, excellent customer services… climates conditioned storage units are really nice, and you are super excited to keep your rent in here. No better place! And when you need help, Extra Storage is there to help. I highly recommend this business and this location!
Very helpful and professional staff. The facilities are as clean and secure as you could ask for. Pricing? Well it is unfortunately very premium, but competitive with other comparable storage facilities. This is however one of only a handful of businesses that will permit storage of a vehicle.
This Extra Space Storage has the best group of guys working there. I met and talked to about 3-4 of them and all of them were helpful, nice, understanding, and professional. Even though my RV didn't fit, they tried to help me and was very apologetic. The process of booking a storage and accessing was painless and get convenient. I will definitely do business with them again
This is by far the best location I’ve been to. My experience with James was absolutely wonderful. I was dreading the storage process and moving but James went over and above to help me with my needs. James showed me the units and worked around my needs. I very highly recommend location for quality, friendliness, and professionalism
EXCELLENT in every way. Extremely clean and very well maintained — inside and out. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always accessible. This is by far the best storage facility in the County, or perhaps anywhere!!!
We really enjoyed the use of these convenient facilities. The manager Robert was always supportive and helpful and really takes care of the place.
Renting a unit from ExtraSpace was a breeze. Easy set up, easy payment options, sad to say bye. I would recommend to anyone who wants to keep their belongings safe and easily accessible.
