This was by far my best nail salon experience! The staff were all so friendly and Long did an amazing job with my gel pedicure. I received complimentary coffee during my stay and after telling the owner I enjoyed it, he gave me coffee packets to take home! Highly recommend reservations as they are super busy. I will definitely be coming back! :

This salon is beyond gorgeous, modern and clean. I was nervous trying a new salon travelling to Santa Barbara often but am so thankful I found Polished Nails! I’ve been here over a dozen times and always leave more than satisfied. They care & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. If you’re looking for a high-end ambiance along with quality pampering I highly recommend their services. You won’t regret their luxury pedicure. I will always go to polished nails for any of my nail needs. I’ve had acrylics, dip nails, pedicures, and more from here. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have just gotten around to leaving a review. The service is excellent and they have many great technicians who do great work. I recently came here with a few girlfriends and we all LOVED our nails and pedicures. Loi is an awesome owner and really cares about his customers. I always enjoy talking to him about his cars! I just moved here and have struggled to find a nail salon i like. This one i love and they made a regular of me. Everyone was so nice. I had a Sunday morning appointment with holly. They served me a cup of coffee and were very welcoming. The nails i got were longer than i usually get them, but i love them nonetheless and will be backService: Acrylic nails

Lackluster mani/pedi for the price, but my biggest complaint is that I developed a terrible infection in my big toe from their trimming a day after.Services: Pedicure

I got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done here and I can say that the staff is really friendly and attentive. Emily did my nails, 100% would come back again. They have reasonable prices as well

I asked for a regular Pedicure. Then I told Hanna for a design in by big toe nail. She said if I wanted a design I need it to get a Gel. I had regular pedis before with a design but anyhow, l said ok let’s do gel. Then she asked all the other manicurist who could do a design for me. Everybody was with a client. Finally, A Lady name Polly came to Ask me about what design I wanted but I happened to be on the phone with work quick call I asked her to wait a minute please. She turned around and got really upset because I ask her to wait a minute. Then she told my manicurist Hanna in their own language she wasn’t going to do the design after all. She was very upset Talking amount themselves in their own language. I can tell they where talking about me. And that the lady Polly was mad. Finally Hanna told me that she ask around. And no one wanted to do my design. I guess Hanna doesn’t know how I was given a discount but I was very disappointed in their service. Polly was rude, and she keep talking loud in her own language to others. Hanna gave me a discount but What I really wanted was my toe nail design and I didn’t get it because nobody wanted to take two minutes to do it. By the way, I am a very generous tipper. When the owner is around is a totally different vibe. Everyone is on their best behavior. I like it when he is around.Service: Pedicure
