Picked up two pairs of glasses earlier this week and could not be more pleased! Earlier this year I had to have some glasses made at Lens Crafters on a Sunday and there is NO COMPARISON! Brad makes excellent glasses that are more affordable and MUCH better quality than that unfortunate experience.
Super nice place to go! The woman doctor with short blonde hair checking me and my sister's eyes was super nice! The entire appointment was really quick and all your questions are answered. They are way better than the eye specialist located at the Children's Healthcare in The Collection Forsyth.
Absolutely no problem with my visit. Dr. Tyra Myers took the time during my examination to answer ALL my questions. And the staff got me the best deal possible with my insurance. I will be returning!!!

Went into the office today, and was inquiring if my child’s glasses had came in, James, I think is his name, Sits in the front Bald, with glasses was not friendly he said hello and asked us to wait. I was enroute picking up medicine for my kids, so I had my son take percaution, and put on a mask. I was on crutches and he said,” you guys are sick?” I said my son is and then said you guys need to be inside, not in here” as he is going to the back shaking his head. I did not say anything, he made us feel like we had SARS or like we were diseased. He then rushed us out the store saying 4-5 weeks, we will call you.” As he said this he is grabbing the Clorox wipes and wiping down things an all we did was touch the door. I called and he was really rude as well. DONT COME HERE! Horrible customer service.
Staff is helpful and friendly. I wish they had a bigger selection of glasses though.
