I had an amazing experience at the beauty lab! I've been looking around for a new place to get my eyebrows threaded for a while. I was recommended here by a friend and it did not disappoint. The customer service is wonderful and Mahi treats you like family. I'm so happy with how my eyebrows turned out, and glad to say this is my new spot. It's nice to be able to only go to one shop for multiple services. I surprised my mom with a mother daughter date for skin care treatments. The employees are very experienced and create a relaxing environment. I have dry skin and they were able to customize the treatment to my skin's needs. Leaving it looking healthy and glowing. Beauty lab has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.

I want to first start off by saying, I don't normally venture off to other salons to get my brows done but when my peers were continuously raving about the Beauty Lab, enough was enough and I had to test it out for myself. I was blown away right when I got there by the warm welcoming staff who seemed more thrilled than I was to be there and I absolutely loved it. Don't get me wrong, I was thrilled to try out a new salon to get my brows done but nervous for the change at the same time. Afterwards, it didn't take long for me to get seated, less than 5 minutes, and the results made me so happy. For a great price, I felt like they were getting the short end of the stick because my brows looked so good that I thought I should have been charged more but hey, I won't argue with such a great deal. I highly recommend this salon because not only do they do brows but they also offer hair treatment and more. Ladies and gents, this is a great spot for all things beauty and I can't wait to be back!

I don't usually write reviews but my girlfriend and I are always really pleased with the service here. It's our one-stop-shop for me to get my haircut and for her to get her eyebrows done. The employees are always really attentive and give excellent service. The new remodel looks awesome too! We will definitely keep coming back.

I am a cosmetologist myself therefore usually I wax my own eye brows but I wanted to get them shaped & get special treatment at an "Eyebrow Bar"... I went in she applied wax, removed wax, trimmed then I was done in maybe 3 minutes charged me $16 for that. She didn't even clean my eyebrows, apply after lotion or baby powder. I could have gone to a nail salon & gotten better treatment for $7. I'm sorry but I won't go back!

This place deserves 10 STARS if I could! This is probably the best professional salon in the country. This exceeded my expectation.  1. WALK IN I wanted my hair balayaged the SAME day, I was seen very easily for the day & they had me seated right away. The place seemed very busy but workers said it was a slow day! They must have a high clientele due to this many workers and customers.  2. GENEROSITY The amount of bleach, toner and hair treatment was extremely generous. They truly cared for every inch of my hair. This was high end treatment products and they filled my hair up with generous portions because I have THICK hair. Angela with her assistants  helped throughout the whole process which made it very swift!  3. TEAMWORK Everyone was jumping in helping in every way. Hands everywhere I was so amazed how helpful all the coworkers are in this environment. Very fast paced and very diligent. This was an amazing experience overall.  4. CLEANLINESS From doing your color to washing your hair you have an extra towel for everything. This place looks brand new & there was also a lady sweeping the floor every time a piece of hair was cut. Talk about service!  5. MASSAGE/FACIAL/WAXING This moment was the most memorable part. I was shook at how many knots I have on my head. When having my hair washed after toner I had a lovely surprise of getting a head massage. Now I get deep tissue massages every 2 weeks but my head definitely needed some touch, thank you Angela for your hair care Autumn for the amazing facial and Mahi for doing the best brow threading I’ve ever had you ladies are Amazing...definitely will be coming back!

Went in for brows when I needed a new place - I have super sensitive skin and was a little nervous to try a new place. Everyone was so nice, and they were very gentle on my brows and they never looked better.  Based on the customer service alone, I am def booking my next highlight appointment here!

This place has the worst customer service. Every time I come here they always talk trash on how bad my eyebrows are but I continue to come because it is close to my house. This time I arrived at 6:52, the lady working wouldn’t take me because she said they were closed. Which they don’t close til 7.I told her it said 7 and she said they stop taking customers 15-20 min prior. She could of done my eyebrows in 5 minutes. I told her ok I’ll go somewhere else and she just said ok fine. Continue to treat customers that way and you won’t have a business much longer! Terrible customer service!!!

I am sad, frustrated and upset by the behavior of the Eyebrow Beauty Bar eye brow threader, Mahi. I have been a customer of Mahi for years so I was beyond shocked by her reply, it was your fault. I drove back to her salon with a car full of kids because at school pick up my daughter quickly spotted black dye on my passenger seat, purse, and my shirt. I asked Mahi for help to remove the dye from my car and purse. I found it unbelievable that she told me it was my fault for placing my purse on her counter. Mahi then proceeded to stay on her cell phone as I struggled to get the black dye off my leather car seat. I went back into the salon to ask Mahi for another cotton ball with remover and she told me I already had enough remover on my one cotton ball. She did not want to give me anymore remover. Mahi went on to tell me she was running low on the removal fluid and if she gave me more what would she use? Really! I asked Mahi to please come outside and try to remove all the dye with her one cotton ball. Long angry story short- Mahi told me to go to an automobile store and purchase some leather cleaner to remove the dye. I should note- the dye did come off of my purse. However, the area on the purse where the dye was removed the texture is now different. Also, I did purchase leather cleaner and numerous other products in admit to remove the black dye from my passenger seat. A residue of the spot will always remain. I realize accidents happen but it is all how you handle the situation. I will NEVER go back to this salon. As a side note- I found Perfect Brow in San Juan Capistrano and I perfectly happy with their service. They treat me nice, do a fabulous job and their prices are cheaper. Perfect Brow is my silver lining to the black dye on my car seat.
