Happy Nails Ladera Ranch

This place is so filthy! Everything used on my nails was already used on others. Shared dip powder, shared buff, tools in a dirty container with nail powder on them, dirty brushes, dirty drill bits, and dirty led machine. I'll never go back. The Health Department should shut them down.Service: Dip powder

It was the worst experience I had. While I was getting my pedicure the girl stopped half way thru to go take car of her client. While I was left 1 foot in hot wax and the other foot out for about 10 minutes. Then they charged me an extra 11 dollars for an extra 15 minute massage that I never received. I realized when I looked at the receipt when I got home. I will never come here again.

I asked for full set and they just painted my nails for $30 dollars because apparently if you say no to power they can’t put on fake nails... I still had to pay the $30 I swear I could have had my daughter just paint my nails at home at least it would be better an free!! And then they make fun of you ..: yeah so done with this place.

My nails very very ugly and he hurt me a lot when he did those to me and they didn’t understand when you told him something I’m very upset and when I see my nails

I got a gel mani & pedi. They filed my nails/toenails down so much that my nails hurt and are breaking off. Most nail salons will soak off the gel polish not this place. I told the lady it hurts she just smiled at me. Then when I pulled my hand back she got upset. I most likely won't be able to get another mani & pedi for at least 2-3 from the damage she did to my nail and toenails

I've been here once before and had a great experience, was not hassled to add on more services. well this time was awful. just a mani pedi, the woman did a terrible job with my polish, she rushed everything and when I tried to ask her to fix it, she said it was going to be ask additional $15!

They are not bad you can reserve in advance and they take walk-ins. They do everything fir the nails including madsage

I have had wonderful service every time I've gone! I love going here for Mani pedis but I've also had a leg wax here.

It was cool to go after pandemic for manicure and pedicure!! I enjoyed it!
